Fruktansvärt besviken. Reseguiden var bra och verkade kunnig, det var bara svårt att höra honom. Min fru använder en rullator och jag bokade inte biljetter till toppen. Jag var förvirrad över varför Tower-personalen var orolig över att vi skulle komma in och de påpekade att biljetterna var till toppen, den andra frågan var att det var svårt för min fru att gå så snabbt från mötesplatsen till Towern, Jag lät reseföretaget veta om min frus rörlighetsproblem och de sa att det inte skulle vara ett problem. Båtturen var mycket trevlig och båten var ren och personalen var ganska hjälpsam. Jag bokade måltiden på Madame Brasserie, som en del av paketet fick vi ett mail ett par dagar innan turnén om att vår lunch hade blivit inställd eftersom restaurangen inte var öppen på grund av renoveringar. När vi kom till Eiffle Tower får vi reda på att restaurangen är öppen och vi frågade vår reseguide om att använda vår bokning för att äta där. Han agerade som om han inte hade någon aning om vad vi pratade om. Han sa att vi måste ta upp det med Viatore. Vi bokade specifikt denna reservation för måltiden eftersom det var vår smekmånad. Vi gick till restaurangen och värdinnan var mycket älskvärd hon tog vår information och sa att hon hittade vår information men en reservation hade inte gjorts för oss. De kunde sitta oss och vi hade en härlig måltid som vi i huvudsak betalade för två gånger. Jag kontaktade reseföretaget flera gånger angående lunchen och de sa att vi skulle behöva gå igenom dig för en återbetalning. Jag har ett recept för vår lunch, inte säker på vad det kostade genom dig. Jag ber om återbetalning av lunchen och en återbetalning av biljettskillnaden mellan det andra däcket och toppen av tornet. Väntar på ditt svar.

We expected to have lunch at the 58-Eiffel Tower Restaurant and it is closed until March! This was not disclosed to us until we had already booked the event. No refunds were given. DON'T BOOK THIS UNTIL AFTER MARCH!!!!

If it is so, the agent should read you the "Know Before You Go" section of the booking. We already updated it in the booking description page long before you booked it. You could also read it in the booking page before proceeding to payment. We are sorry that you were dissapointed, but all details are there in the booking page and present. I enjoyed this lunch tour compared to the dinner with seine river cruise and moulin rouge because we had more time to explore the view on our own pace than rushing to have dinner then seine river cruise then moulin rouge. With this one, we took seine river cruise when we are ready. I opted not to get moulin rouge as I don’t think my family and friends would be interested in it. I’ve watched it before and honestly, I didn’t even finish the whole show. I think I’m being biased because I’m from Las Vegas and I’ve seen shows much better than that for far less of the price.

This was a first visit to Paris for our 6 and 9 year old. I thought this tour was fantastic simply for skipping the line. However, our tour guide was excellent and the food at Restaurant 58 was quite good as well. I also thought a great addition was the Seine River cruise. This was an excellent value to our entire family. We are recommending this to our friends who are planning to visit this summer. Also, my parents booked the same tour separately, but I thought it was very nice that the tour guides allowed them to be in the same group as us. Thanks for being so accommodating!

Our tour guide (Aida) was very organsied, patient and accommodating. She ensured we were well informed of what we needed to do during each stage (passing security etc), making sure non of us got lost en route and gave us a great historical background of what we were seeing from the Eiffel Tower. She also ensured our lunch reservation was confirmed and messaged us, which gave me peace of mind (I was unaware of the relationship tour operators have with the Eiffel Tower). Having a tour guide in our case was super useful, helped answer all of our questions saving us time instead of learning answers the hard way. My family decided not to do the boat cruise as we were a bit pressed for time. But I think this package is really good value for money.

DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR. We had booked due to ignorance as I did not read the past reviews. Totally disorganized. They have you meet infront of a cafe on Ave de la Bourdonnais one block away from the Tower entrance early morning. Then you line up in security and you line up for a ticket ( they do not even have tickets ready). Once you are in with tons of other people then you meet all together at the 2nd floor wher guide gives a short inaccurate description of the tower you can read on your own at the tower or on the internet. They they let you go on your own. Never instructed on where the cruise was. They NEVER even confirmed our lunch reservation so they BREACHED the contract and supposedly did a minimal refund which I have yet to receive. You can arrange this all on your own easily for $17 tower entrance $35 lunch and $15 river cruise at HALF THE COST. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. THIS IS A SCAM!

The highlight of this package was definitely the Seine River cruise. An amazing way to see Paris especially if weather’s good and you can sit up top. It was definitely helpful to have the Eiffel Tower tickets handled by the guide but after that she provided only a little good I formation and ran off so quickly at the end we were all just looking at each other wondering what to do. The Eiffel Tower restaurant is not one of Paris’ best but the views are amazing and the 3 course meal was fine.

I could´nt visit what I paid The summit of the Tour Eiffel due to a guide´s mistake with the tickets. A few minutes later I receive them and wait the line the lift manager told us the tickect didn´t serve to summit. Calling Viator it was impossible to solve the problem after one hour waiting a solution. The only solution they found To refound 10 €

Good Lunch in restaurant

Skip the line still took over an hour to get to observation deck. Great views but very crowded, so guide was drowned out by all the other guides in many languages. Most of the guided part and information was lost in a tour of too many people for one guide. Lunch was pleasantly very good with glass of wine and great views from window booth. They did not rush us out of the restaurant.

We met our tour guide close to the Eiffel Tower, who organised us into the cue to go up the tower. This seems like a big cue, but only takes about half an hour to get through and go through security. The restaurant is very organised, and our reservation was checked, and we were led to our table by a window, luckily! There is a menu choice of a few of each course, which is fine. The service is great, the food is enjoyable. We had almost a few hours to enjoy the food and views. We weren’t rushed to leave at all. A beautiful place to have your lunch when in Paris!!

We took this excursion on our first day in Paris, France. This was a great way to start our Paris vacation! Wonderful lunch, champagne and macaroons in the Eiffel Tower and many sights along the Seine River Cruise.

This tour left nothing to be desired! To start off with my ticket included the fast track and I was given some lame reasons why it wasn’t BUT I could still have it for an additional nine euros! ( SCAM) they had already known there was no line!! Than the “tour” was someone walking us from our meeting point to the Eiffel tower, giving us a brief overview of the history, and then they left. There was no guidance on where to get the lunch. There was no guidance on how to catch the river tour. To be very honest you can book everything for less money in Paris I would not waste my money on this tour !!

go for the view not the food

The views from the top, or anywhere on the Eiffel tower are amazing. Even my sister in law, who has a fear of heights was taken in. Lunch on the other hand was as unspectacular as the views were spectacular. Never in 30 plus years of visiting Paris have I had such an assembly line meal. Most meals in France are relaxed, and you never feel rushed in any sense. Here the main course was brought out before we even had a chance to start the appetizer. and the same with dessert. Food quality itself was passable, but do not go here for your only meal in Paris. You can have better in almost any street side cafe.

It was a steal the whole tour . Too expensive and it is not whorthy, it will cost a third if it is made by ourself whithout contracting Viator. Really disappointed. Never again

Good way to get in early and have a great lunch

We have not been to Paris in eight years and were surprised how crowded attractions have become, largely due to the influx of Asian tourists. Only one elevator was open when we arrived so were glad we were on this excursion which got us in line quickly in the morning, plenty of time to get through two security arrangements (don't have anything in your pockets - you have to empty them out). We had two guides who were charming and knowledgeable as well as great fun. The last time we ate a Restaurant 58 it was okay, it is very much improved. The service has always been excellent and it still is. If you get there about 11:45 you can get a window table with a terrific view (ours was the Trocadero Area across the bridge with the boats sailing by the Tower). With all the new security arrangements the view at the bottom is somewhat blighted by walls and fences, and there is ongoing work on the tower. The longer you wait during the day, the longer the lines will get. The cruise is caught just below the tower and is a very pleasurable ride where you see many of the great sites of Paris. This definitely good for a first day introduction to Paris (it was our last, also a great memory).

We were not able to make it due to lack of timely instructions how to get our ticket. I purchased 4 tickets for $468.53 in 9/3 for the experience. Printed the ticket as reminded by e-mail on 9/11/18. Went to Eiffel Tower very early on 9/14 and fell in line and was told that we are 2 hours early for the lunch and we need to get our ticket to Eiffel 58 restaurant booth since they don’t honor the uploaded ticket on the phone. Was told that they will open at 10am. The booth did not open @10am so we went to the Eiffel staff who then direct us to the information booth who told us to check our email again using their WiFi and sure enough there was an instruction sent the day before @630am. If you are doing European tour who has the time to keep track of your e mail especially if you don’t always have access to WiFi. We lost our chance to go up to Eiffel Tower and have our lunch and we also lost the river cruise coz when I sent the e mail the respouwas we lost our ticket for everything since we did not showed up. They should have given us clear instructions the moment we purchased the tickets. They are not transparent. They could have at least give us the chance to go up to the Eiffel Tower and forget about the lunch and do the river cruise tour. What a scam? We lost our money and the experience and got stressed out on our supposedly dream vacation.
