Ställen vi gick till var fantastiska, reseguiden var också fantastisk. Det hade dock varit trevligt att stanna lite längre vid nationalparken och vattenfallet

Riktigt trevlig rundtur och mycket bra reseledare. Femstjärnigt betyg till Mr. Denis. Turnén inkluderade två speciella stopp som var 100 % värda det. Upphämtningstiden var också perfekt. Inga förseningar och avhopp.

Omar var en fantastisk reseguide och var riktigt rolig tillsammans med kunnig! Vi njöt verkligen av resan och skulle definitivt rekommendera till alla som besöker Island. Väl värt pengarna. Omar gick till och med av spåret och visade oss var lavabröd gjordes vilket toppade vår fantastiska upplevelse! Tack Omar.

Ingen. De bytte plats medan vi var till sjöss. Jag hade ingen service. När vi lade till gick vi till platsen men det var för sent och de gick utan 10 av oss

Helt enastående. Vår förare var informativ och rolig. Han var utmärkt. Vattenfallen var otroliga. Svart sandstrand otrolig också men blåsigt.

Njöt verkligen av vår Golden Circle och Blue Lagoon-upplevelse. Utmärkt kommunikation via Viator med den isländska resebussoperatören. Jag rekommenderar starkt att du använder Viator som researrangör.

The tour company, BusTravel Iceland, was difficult to work with. We lost about 1 1/2 hours of the tour because our mini-bus had to go back to pick up 2 people who arrived late, causing us to be rushed at every stop, having roughly half of the time allotted according to the itinerary. At the Strokkur stop there was no time to purchase lunch because of timing and the crowds. While this is listed as the #1 tour out of Reykjavik, those from the USA will be underwhelmed by the waterfall and geyser if they've visited Old Faithful and Niagara Falls. Avoid BusTravel Iceland!!

Kelgi was the best tour guide/driver. He kept us informed and answered all our questions. We loved seeing the natural beauty of Iceland 's Golden Circle and enjoyed our dip at the Blue Lagoon.

Overall excellent tour. Very long day. Our driver Tony was incredible. Please be prepared for chaos with getting you on the right bus (we were part of a cruise). Many of us and this tour under a different name. Also, it does NOT include the blue lagoon tickets. AND they don’t tell you what time to pick! Get tickets for 5pm (or see if they can tell you the itinerary early).

It was a wonderful tour. Our driver/guide Alex was extremely knowledgeable. He made sure we got to all the sights on time while providing interesting background facts which made the tour memorable

Enjoyed the tour once we got picked up! When booking the tour, it gave a list of hotel choices to decide where you would like to be picked up. I looked for the closest one to our hotel and scheduled pick up there. I had a confirmation of the pickup place and time in an email and it showed in my app that morning as well. We arrived 15 minutes early. We waited and at 9:00, the pickup time, I sent a message to the bus tour company as it showed contact information, just to let them know we were there. They never responded. Then after waiting another 10 minutes past pick up time, I started to worry and contacted Viator. They said pickup was at a completely different place. A bus stop. And now we were late. Viator contacted the company for us since they never responded to me. Then the bus tour company sent me a text that they were sending a taxi to pick us up. Taxi took us to the actual meeting point and then said that they hadn’t paid him and said that we needed to since we were late! We were EARLY to the written and confirmed meeting point. We got a tour operator to come and supposedly take care of the driver that they sent to us for their mistake. Later, during our tour, I get a message from the taxi driver because the tour company gave him my name and phone number. He was told that we were late and we had to pay. They weren’t going to. Now I am stressed and very annoyed that the company didn’t fix the problem that they created and now has given my number to be harassed. Plus I felt very bad for the driver being caught in the middle. This ruined a big chunk of my time having to make phone calls, etc. instead of enjoying my time. LUCKILY, VIATOR came through and handled the situation!for us. Once all that was over, we really enjoyed the trip. Thor, our guide, was great! Very knowledgeable and funny. We loved him! Blue lagoon was relaxing and the waterfall was gorgeous!

We enjoyed seeing the waterfalls, geysers and the volcanoes but most of all we had a great time at the blue lagoon. If you want to take a tour in Reykjavik to take you outside of the city, this is the tour you should take.

Had a brilliant experience yesterday. All pick up information was given, and the bus arrived promptly. The tour itself was really good, despite the fog covering most of the scenery but this can’t be helped Big thank you to the tour guide Howser who shared his amazing knowledge with us and made the experience such a good one!
The most magnificent, magical day in Iceland

A wonderful day exploring the most magnificent sights of Iceland. Our tour guide Howser was amazing. He brought the whole day to life with his great knowledge of the history and geology of the island. His tales were so informative but told with a sense of humour so many laughs were had. Plenty of time at each of the sights to explore and enjoy. We finished off the day in the blue lagoon which was magical. This is a trip not to be missed.

Great trip. Saw loads. Would have given 5 stars if we could actually see out of minibus windows at the scenery passing by. All day they were steamed up (the coach we were on for the next day’s trip had completely clear windows). Also the guide (who was also the driver) was doing the commentary whilst driving. The quality of the sound was not very good and kept cutting in and out. A lot of information was lost. Aside from that, the trip was great and I would recommend.
