I want to clarify some things about this particular tour.
1) You contacted us 1.5 hours after the start of the tour. While you knew it was windy from the night before, as well as that same morning, yet you did not send us any message or phone call to let us know that your cruise ship might not make it to port. We could contact the tour guide in time.
2) As I explained to you, we had already paid the tour guide, as well as we had cut the receipts, thus also the taxes. We couldn't cancel, according to our accountant.
3) Many times, we have refunded the money in emergency cases, and many times we have changed the tour start times in cases of cruise ship delays. Others we had been informed a few hours earlier so that we too could arrange things
4) This is the first 1-star review we have received, after years of operation and after over 100 5-star reviews from happy customers.
