Sell me much?

Trip was ok. There was no ‘glass bottom’ boat—it was a regular boat with two small panels on the bottom. The boat tour was nice and informative but then they tried to sell, sell, sell, taking us to a souvenir place with 10% off, a jewelry store with the same, and tequila tasting. We were able to stay until 5 (the tour was over at 2:45) which was nice, but the tour itself was one big sales act.

The water was rough and the boat was shaking quite a bit in fact the captain indicated for safety we turned around and the boat ride was shortened. And it should not be considered a glass bottom we see a fee fos for about 10 seconds. Was not worth the money

Leaves a lot to be desired

The tour was advertised as a 45 min boat ride. The boat ride was no more than 30 min. The beach time was advertised to be optional “ if sea conditions allow it” but we never got the option. A couple was dropped off at the beach, but it was for additional money and had to be prepaid. We had about 10 people aboard the ship. When we arrived at the arch it was several boats there and it was difficult to get a picture. Our time was rushed and we couldn’t really capture the moment. I gave two stars because the transportation to and from the hotel was great. The driver was very friendly and we enjoyed him during our time downtown.

We had a blast on this tour!!! Giovanni, our tour guide from Esperanza's, was incredible and very accommodating. He provided us with some historical facts on our way to the marina, then dropped us off for the 45 minute glass bottom boat ride which was BREATHTAKING. We then went into town to buy souvenirs and eat some authentic Mexican tacos based on Giovanni's recommendations, which were incredible. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Cabo!!!

What a great experience, the glass bottom was hard to see through though. Was un aware if the Marina fee a d fee to use the bathroom. Wish the option for hop on hop off at lovers Beach was included in all trips as that was unclear in the booking.

The tour was very short and the boat was not really easy to see the fish underneath. The arch was pretty and enjoyed seeing the sites from the water therefore I gave it a 3 star. There were fees we had to pay to get on the boat that were not covered in this price.

The Arch is a beautiful journey and a must see. The excursion did not do what it says. The trip out by boat is about 45 minutes. There was no beach time, as said. Half of us were dressed to snorkel, and thought we had signed up for that tour. There was no lunch offered for sale, as said. They drop you off in the San Lucas shopping area and can choose 3 or 5 hours to shop. Could have done all this with a water taxi and a 2 fancy bus ride.

Just the right amount of time less than an hour to see the arch and lands end. Didn't expect more from the tour. Saw lots of fish and a school of bat rays. Pretty cool. I would use this trip to check the arch off my list of things to see in Cabo.
