Where Are They?

Viator nor the vendor gave correct directions on how to meet. They come in a zodiac to pick you up to take you out to the boat and later than time given by Viator. We asked multiple other operators that had sailboats there,panicked, and almost left. Food and drink on board was marginal. Wonderful sailing day and skipper and mate were friendly.

Dear John! No need to be in panic, no need to arrive 40 min in advance. We are from La Maddalena, we need some time to reach port Palau with a sailing boat. We always in time to pick everyone. Read please booking details and information about meeting point before the trip. During the season the details and meeting point could be changed.

The crew, Samuel and Antonella, were fabulous, making everyone comfortable, showing us the best spots to swim, preparing a wonderful antipasti, and pasta, wine, beer, water, and coffee. The Magdellana arpeggio is stunningly beautiful. Light winds so minimal sailing but the boat was excellent. Thank you!!

I am contacting you as we were very unhappy about the boat trip which was booked. This was supposed to be a private tour. On arriving at the port we were taken out to the boat only to find that it was a group tour with eight other young people. This was not what we had booked and would have been very crowded. The operator also appeared to be touting for additional people to pack as many as possible on to the yacht, which would have made it even more uncomfortable. We decided not to proceed and fortunately were able to secure another vessel for ourselves. Obviously we are out of pocket and feel we are owed a refund as the reality was far from what was expected. Would you please look into securing financial redress.

Hello ! Dear customer , before booking the trip please read term and conditions! We work according the description, If it’s written that in the tour participate 12 person and you buy just 6 tickets of it , you could not pretend of a private tour. When you arrived on the boat you did ask us if it’s catamaran, no, it’s a sailing boat. Also you said us that you expected to be alone on board . We explained about group tour in 12 person that day. We also explained, it could be a very fantastic day in small group no worst like in exclusive tour. You decide by yourself not to participate in this tour. We couldn’t be responsible for not reading advertising.

This was a great sailing boat tour in the Maddalena Archipelago. Ina and Yiuri are great hosts providing great food, drinks and entertainment on board. The beaches they take you too are beautiful and they give a lot of information about the places you visit and the itinerary for the day. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Sebastian and Antonella were fabulous hosts. We really enjoyed this trip. Comfortable boat with 12 people, plenty of food - we had to pass on the last course because we ate so much. Option to go to beaches or swim off boat . If you have the opportunity, spend the extra $ and do this tour. We loved it!

From beginning to end our trip was worth every penny. Communication was excellent every step of the way. Bruno and Maru were super hosts, the food and drink plentiful and honestly each of the places visited was beautiful. We had great fun snorkeling, trying out the SUP board and generally swimming in the clearest waters imaginable. Thank you everyone for making this such a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Perfect day spent sailing in Maddalena Archipelago with Bruno and Mauro, along with a few more passengers. The boat was excellent, the crew was very fun and friendly, and we visited some excellent spots and beaches. The wine, the appetizers and the pasta served were very tasty. Mauro was always ready to take us to shore and pick us up, with his great sense of humour! A great activity to choose, when spending a holiday in Costa Smeralda!

A beautiful way to see this area of Sardegna! The boat was fun, not too crowded like other boats, and the captain and crew were great! It was a perfect way to be on the water, see the small islands and coves, and explore La Maddelena.
