På grund av en felaktig kommunikation från företaget om hämtningstiden missade vi början av turnén. När vi träffade resten av människorna var områden vi besökte mycket natursköna. Tyvärr hade vi inte så mycket tid i Taormina som vi borde ha. Andra än att turnén var bra.

Our Guide was wonderful we highly recommend this tour back in plenty of time for the ship and treated us like family. Free lemon ice on the way to Taomina.

An excellent day sightseeing, exploring, and learning the history and current culture of Sicily. Our driver navigated us safely and we had awesome views along the drive. Our guide, Christiano, provided an excellent narrative of the area's history, architecture, and current culture. A great way to spend the day!

Eight of us went on this bus tour and we loved Taormina so much, I would like to go back and just stay there for a few days. Felt rushed there and at Castelmola. If you have trouble walking steps, you will not enjoy Castelmola. It was beautiful and had quaint restaurants. Would have loved to spend more time there also.

Salvatore was a great guide! He was informative and patient and was able to answer all of our questions. He had an excellent command of english. Both towns/views were spectacular. The bus driver was very skilled in driving the hairpin turns! I had left a small bag on the bus (under the seat!), and I later called the tour company. They got in touch w/the bus owner and he brought it to me before our ship sailed. I was delighted! They were gifts for my dear friends. There are many trips to choose from in Naples.... I would recommend this one. It was not difficult/strenuous at all and enough time to enjoy both towns. I have always had a great experience w/Viatour. 1000 grazies!

Wow, well worth the price! Our guide Michele was very knowledgeable and fluent. She spoke so that she was understandable. And she had a sense if humor. Castelmola & Taormina are gorgeous and fun. Messina had much to show off also. We got to see the clock and Michele explained it great.

What a great day on a small bus. Less people means less waits which we were thrilled with. Taormina was wonderful with beautiful scenery and Castelmola was also an enjoyable stop. Our tourguide Milly was a pleasure. So nice to listen to her stories.

Castelmola plus a shopping village

This was a good day out. Our guide had plenty of great information to share. The information was delivered in a condensed way. We would have preferred a more evenly paced delivery where we could absorb the facts in the moments of silence. The destination of Castelmola is stunning and worth the visit. Taormina is an old town that has been turned into a shopping mall. The architecture and history is great. We were a bit tired of the "exit through the gift shop" methodology of tourist sites and this location grated. If you like to mix your history with shopping you may form a different opinion. The logistics of the tour were spot on. Pickup location, timings, guide, driver, etc were all as advertised. We were ahead of schedule and were offered a bonus visit to a historic cathedral if the majority of tour participants indicated approval. They didn't, so we didn't stop. Too tired from the Taormina mall I guess. Overall a good tour, but as we're not keen shoppers I think we'd make another tour selection next time.

We had a very enjoyable day with Miriam as our guide. She was adorable and very knowledgeable about the history of Sicily. She talked nonstop all the way to our first stop Castelmola and we learned so much. I would give this tour and her 5 stars without hesitation.

We had a wonderful guide who provided so much information. She spoke multiple languages and was able to help others. Because she knows the people around these areas, she was able to make our journey run smoothly through the tiny villages and local traffic controls. We had time to visit these places and bask in the glory of all they had to offer.
