The show was good, the wine was limited, the pick ups were a nightmare. Bus was 15 minutes late collecting us, there were so many pick ups, some of whom were late, we were on the bus an hour & 10 mins, having only gone from Adeje to Christianos finally got to the venue 1 hour 40 mins later. Never again

Great evening and lots of fun. Our transport arrived promptly and no issues here whatsoever. The castle itself is nicely presented with the option of a photo before the antics with the actors. The games and horse displays are the selling point here, and we really enjoyed these. They’re super energetic with plenty going on from start to finish. The actors interactions with the crowd were great and created an atmospheric evening. Hats off to them all they really gave it 110%! The food is basic but good, we were lucky to get seconds on the Chicken main so were left pretty full - but again this isn’t the main focus of the trip imo. However, a bucket of 4 beers for €7.50 is a steal! We’d recommend checking this out if you’re looking for something different and an evening out!

Fun knight out!..good fun for all the family apart from our bus door nearly flying off going down the motorway and the lack of communication from driver and the lady on the bus. Long ride back to your hotel..or close to your hotel as they do not pick you up as they say from your hotel . First bus needs to be scrapped

Very disappointed, bus was over an hour late, which meant we missed all of the pre show entertainment, the explanation they gave us was a road accident, however we know this to be untrue as the bus was on time for the first passengers that aboarded the coach, and to they told us it was because they were waiting for guests at other hotels that were running late. The coach was hot, no drinks were offered during the delay and not even an apology. Events we had planned for later in the evening had to be cancelled because we arrived nearly 2 hours late which meant the show didn't end until late. We paid for the full experience and didn't feel like we had this. The show itself was brilliant, but events earlier in the night spoilt what should have been an even better experience.

Its a bit of fun. Join the drama, you will have a good night. The staff are pleasent, the actors meet the audience after. The castle its self is well done and looks almost authentic.

The interaction with the crowd is what makes the night. Had a 5 year old with us who lost interest a bit but that’s just because of her age. Also viator went out of their way to help us with a pick up and drop off service, thank you very much

We had 2 vegans in our party and specified upon booking. Nothing was offered so 2 of my party went hungry. So basically, a good show but service was s**t. I want a refund please for the 2 guests !!!

Great fun night, lots of action and laughs. Fantastic atmosphere. Great for all ages, we were a group of 10 with age range form 8 - 53 and we all had an amazing time.

Communication with Viator was excellent with email reminders and pick up times. Medieval Night was amazing as always. Third time and still enjoyed it as much.

A lot of fun. A great experience and atmosphere. Bottom line a fantastic family event. Only drawback was the July heat and there was nothing the event coordinators could do about that, just be prepared.

Poor communication, last minute changes, unenjoyable experience. The local operator only shared the details the morning of the event after 09:00, at 13:00 they changed the details to a 2 hour and 10 minute pre show pick up, unfortunately we were in another tour and could not achieve the earlier pick up which was in a different location. No refund even though a 50% discount was offered, then recanted.

I will not be booking with this company again as we were not informed what time the transfer would be collecting us. The tickets arrived by text and said 7.30. The transfer arrived at 6.30 we were not ready as we did not know the time so thought we had to be ready by 7 as it’s only 10 minutes away, the lady was very rude to us and would not help us . We had to pay to get a taxi there and back she told us it stared at 7 and we could not get a taxi there, put the phone down on me. When I tried to call back for help she would not answer. .
