Downtown Toronto Pickup är från 7:45 till 8:20 och är tillgänglig från utvalda hotell och andra mötesplatser över hela staden. Fallen är fantastiska och verkligen värda att se när du är i Toronto. Den andra sidan av vägen inte så. Vår guide Kaleb var fantastisk, vänlig och gästvänlig.

Niagara Falls was so beautiful. The Queen boat ride was awesome. To be that close to the falls and experience the power of the water was the highlight of the trip. Our driver, Kaleb, was great. He told us a lot of information on the way to the Falls and had a great personality.

A day of Wonder and Delight (one small caveat)

The tour itself was memorable; and as described . Of course, the driver makes the difference and ours was commendable as she not only explained what we could expect, what we were seeing and our choice of activities; she also shared just enough of her personal life to show friendliness and develop trust . Here Movement impaired persons beware of this; during my (very short -5 days) in the Toronto area, there was almost no awareness nor accommodation for a handicapped person. The tour company or operators can walk the venue (access to BEHIND THE FALLS required several staircases; although NONE in the actual experience); possibly with a cane in their hand or a walker to assess movement issues in the experiences. A few times I could view elevators in use, but we were denied access because they were being used for a different reason (to move people to the ground level and then to return them to the third floor to exit into the gift shop!) One other simple accommodation that the guides could do is to provide a safe INTERMEDIATE step (a wooden box; a small stool) -into the vehicle, as the first step from the ground, if no curb, is rather great. The day was wonderful, and our guide was not at all chatty on the return drive (we actually were stuck in heavy traffic as well); and I observed most passengers with eyes closed APPARENTLY contemplating the glory of the Falls! Maybe a few were nodding approval…. Or were they sleeping? Thanks for providing a safe and informative tour.

Overpriced boat tickets

Tour guide Kaleb was very informative along the way from Toronto to Niagara. Disappointed when we found out the Hornblower boatride tickets were cheaper to buy right at the office there. Kaleb claimed we had to pay cash to him to get a discounted price. We paid 80 dollars for 2 adults! There was no line whatsoever and we walked right on the boat. Online you stated the boat ride was not available before May 1. Otherwise we had prepurchased online. Not good service, as you probably could have e-mailed information of the boat tickets available on april 16 when we took the tour. All in all a nice day, but felt ripped off with the overpriced boat tickets we had to pay cash for. The return trip was not comfortable as the drive was high speed and bumpy in our seats. Not a luxury bus as advertised.

Hi! Thank you for your post. I think you might have misunderstood how Canadian prices are displayed. They are shown pre-tax, which is different from the UK where you're from. I understand you walked by the gate and saw the pre-tax amount of $33.50 and didn't realize this, but that is the pre-tax price, but it comes to $38 after tax. Carrying coins and a cash register on the bus is not our priority so some attractions are $1-2 more and some are $1-2 less depending on how the rounding goes for the final attraction price, that way we can use just paper bills. For the boat, the lineup usually takes 10-30 minutes in April and 30-60 minutes in the summer. If someone doesn't pre-book the boat with their tour purchase, they can wait in line to save the $2 but there is a benefit to not having to wait. This is a service we offer to help the few people who don't pre-book the boat. Also, the boat was supposed to open on May 1st, but luckily the weather was good and it opened early so you were able to do it during your tour :) We updated our content immediately to say the new opening date but you booked before this was announced. As for the "luxury bus", we don't advertise a luxury bus. We advertise a comfortable mini-bus, which it is - all our buses are upgraded mini-bus models. We use mini-buses because smaller groups are more intimate, more efficient, and it's a way better tour experience in our opinion. It's not fun waiting for groups double the size of 50 people to board a big luxury coach, waiting for late arrivals, etc. However, I understand that some people might prefer a big luxury coach over a more small-group tour experience. I can recommend our competitor, Toronto Bus Company, for people who prefer a big coach and don't mind the trade-offs in the tour experience - they have a wonderful team :)

The Niagara tour was a time! Shout out to Tracy, she has a lot of knowledge about the area and Toronto in general! I enjoyed that we had time to walk around on our own. The boat was cool and something I'll always remember. The only thing that would have made it perfect would be if they had a stop at Niagara on the Lake.

This was a well-organised and enjoyable tour. The mini-bus was modern, clean, and each seat had phone charging outlets. You have the option to fill your time at the falls with various activities or you can just relax and enjoy the view... which is especially great from the Skylon Tower. Our driver/guide Tracey was great and ensured we were able to do/see everything we wanted. All up, a great day out and I recommend this tour.

Caleb (please excuse if spelled incorrectly) was a fantastic guide: nice, prompt, clear instructions, great information, caring. The tour was a great value for the price as well. Ample time at the falls to enjoy many adventures, and the additional stops were a nice added break for the ride. I hope to come back and do it again!

Winston was a great guide who put his heart into his work. The whole day he was available for question and made sure we got the best picture spots. The Hornblower cruise was such a fun (and wet) ride. I want to do it over and over again!

This was one of the most memorable trips of our lifetime!! Our bus tour guide, Kaleb, brought so much knowledge and entertainment through his great sense of humor on the drive to Niagara Falls. We learned a lot about Toronto’s and Canada’s history. When we got there, Kaleb was also so kind as to take us directly to the extra Behind the Falls excursion and where to get the tickets. The beauty of the falls is impossible to describe in words! The tour provides you with just enough time to take in its beauty, as well as walk around its downtown shops and restaurants afterwards. Would 100% recommend this trip as a memory you and your family will hold on to forever!!
