Alla av dem - solsken, bra pilot, fin utsikt över stadens himmel och vatten. Det var lite repetitivt. Kanske bredda rutten lite verser som går i cirklar runt CN-tornets område. Enklare instruktioner för att hitta platsen för flygningen. Bra mottagande annars, härlig lounge. Varma vänliga arbetare.

Vi bokade denna upplevelse för min väns födelsedag. Vårt flyg var försenat och vi erbjöds att uppgradera till en privat upplevelse. Vi tyckte det var generöst och vi accepterade det. Vi kom dit och de bytte plan. Det var ett litet och konstigt plan med obekväma säten. Det förstörde hela vår upplevelse och vi registrerade oss inte för detta. Vår pilot var väldigt trevlig. Men hela vår upplevelse var förstörd.

Tyvärr hade huvudflygplanet problem och flygning på 4 delades upp i två grupper på separata flygningar. Pilot och turné var fantastisk. Behöver göra betalningsmetoden tydlig för tilläggsavgift eftersom mycket begränsade alternativ.

Thank you for your review. Weather that day although sunny, had low cloud ceilings and extreme winds at times. Unfortunately it is was not legal to fly and hence the cancellation. We re sorry it did not happen, but we would be happy to reschedule you as we don’t provide refunds due to weather cancellations. Thank you.

We were visiting from out of town. Although the weather did not cooperate the first we got the chance to do it when the weather got better. The pilots are professional with actual big airlines and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. The views were incredible. I highly recommend this experience.

TERRIBLE BIRTHDAY HIDDEN FEES

This was supposed to be the highlight of my birthday and it was completely ruined. The night before the flight around 7pm a random number called me stating they are a "host" that worked for iFlyTO and started mentioning all these additional fees that would need to be paid upon arrival per person if we wanted the experience we saw in the initial booking pictures, because at the moment there was a couple booked on our flight. The next day of the flight the weather was terrible (snow & rain) and only 4/6 people from the group were able to make it. We arrived to the pick up location at 3:45 but had to park and were all unaware of the additional 10-15min walk to the plane because arrival was when the "host" finally sent a map as to where exactly to meet. We got to the meeting point for the plane and the host immediately started mentioning a late fee on top of other fees that had been thrown in the night before, even tho we had just spoke to her over the phone when we arrived to get the map, it was my birthday experience and she didn't even know my name nor did she acknowledge that I was celebrating even though it was mentioned in the booking, over the phone and again in person. She also went on to mention if we wanted to reschedule it was a mandatory $250 fee. 1 of the fee's mentioned was a fuel charge per person. We highlighted that there were only 4 of us present and confused as to why we would have to pay for the additional 2 people who didn't make it, especially when we would have been 6 people on an 8 seater plane if they did arrive. The host then mentioned that she would discount the late fee because they weren't sure if they were going to take off exactly at 4pm due to weather conditions, but we would have to pay a total of $750 right now in order to get on the plane. The time was now 4:15pm and at that point we were trying to fully understand and break down what all of the charges were for if she discounted the late fee but the host and the pilot became very aggressive with how they spoke to us, saying that it's "common sense" & if we don't pay an additional $750 right now then we need to pay $250 to reschedule & then pay the remainder of the $750 when we come back. When we kept pressing to find oit what the prices broke down to for each charge the host was going back and forth with her word about whether or not we would be able to get on the plane. She first said yes, they will take the 4 of us, but when we wanted a price break down she then said no it's too long after the booking time. I even asked her where the "couple" was that she mentioned was on our flight the night before and she hesitated before saying they were already in the air. Which didn't make sense because she has already mentioned the initial 4pm flight would not have happened due to weather conditions. It started to seem more and more like a scam the more we spoke to her and so we asked for a refund and she said "we never do refund's especially in these cases" as though we had done something wrong but all we did was ask questions about the charges. They were the ones that tried to be dishonest about how much money they collect per person. In the end we left without rebooking and lost $150 each(for 6 people). I would NOT recommend at all. The price presented in the ad is NOT truthful, nor the plane. They slide in additional fees at the last moment. Trick you into being late because the full instructions aren't available until you actually arrive and call. Overall money hungry people.

Thank you for your review. Your booking was for 6 passengers and you requested to book off the other two seats for you to make it Private which we did and we explained to you the costs. The other costs of fuel and airport surcharge are clearly layed out in your booking under What’s Included. The icing on the cake is when you showed up 40mins late for your flight with only four passengers. And complained about why we can’t fly. This is considered a forfeit flight. Despite that we looked to see if we can get another slot and we did and we explained to you the additional cost. Pls do read the terms and conditions moving forward and pls check in 30mins before like a regular flight. We have been more that reasonable.

The flight and pilot both were good . But they promised us to give a tour of toronto downtown instead of that they gave us scarborough tour. And also beware of hidden expenses ask them before always.

I would definitely be recommending this trip! Iflytoto did an amazing job with everything for us. The flight was amazing and the views of the city were great, we were able to get right next to the CN tower. It was exactly how they said it would be when moving the trip to a private tour instead of being on a shared flight.
