Föraren/guiden var trevlig och gjorde ett bra jobb. Jag njöt ärligt talat lite mer av ett annat företags turné.

Vår guide Alan hade bara ett syfte - att jaga ljusen vilket han ihärdigt gjorde - det var en lyckad kväll att bevittna ljusen flera gånger. Men han gjorde oss besvikna på mer än ett sätt. Han blev irriterad när vi sa till honom att vi höll på att kvävas och behövde luft. Han gjorde inte toalettstopp förrän vi insisterade. Han bjöd inte på kostymer och det var en iskall kväll. Folk var tvungna att begära en brasa. Sammanfattningsvis misslyckades Allan med att ta hand om sina kunders behov. Det är ett slöseri med pengar att boka med denna turné - bussplatserna var extremt obekväma - vi halkade och gled av våra platser och guiden körde i en hastighet som inte kändes säker.

Our guide was perfect! Very knowledgeable. There should have been a warning for: No Bathroom Bring passport in case we travelled to Finland or Sweden.

The guide from enjoy the artic from the start to the final stop was fantastic. The guide knew what he was looking for and never gave up. Finally after a long and very cold night we saw Northern lights. Will go back to Tromso and will certainly book again.

Amazing experience! Our tour guide Allen (apologies if that is spelt incorrectly!) managed to find a brilliant spot with clear skies for us to witness & enjoy the very active the Northen Lights. Magical night with the Northern Lights

Alan picked us up on time. He was energetic and gave us a summary of the lights and what to expect that evening. Nothing was guaranteed - can't control the lights, but he would try his best to get us to a spot where we could see them if they appeared. Our first stop wasn't too far away; his info was suggesting some activity within 30-40 minutes. He was helpful with tripods for folks with cameras and was trying to help us adjust the settings on our 35mm digital camera so we could capture the lights. It was way too cold; fingers were getting numb. We were there for about an hour. You could stand outside or sit in the bus, but the minibus door was left open, so it wasn't warm in there. We then went to our next stop - south of Tromso rather than north or east, which surprised us, but Alan knew what he was doing. The next stop was brief. He didn't think the view would be ideal, so we ventured on another 10 minutes and finally stopped on a beach type area in front of a lake, or inlet. The view was beautiful with mountains on the other side of the water. He went to start a fire for us but then saw some lights, so we all rushed out. They weren't that bright, but we saw them. Again, he helped folks with cameras and provided tripods, and he also took pictures of everyone. After a while, the lights died down and he got back to the fires - two with stools around them. Everyone got a loaf of strawberry pound cake and a hot drink. And then the lights came out again, this time stronger and longer, morphing, moving - it was magical. Again he took pictures of everyone and helped with cameras. The fire helped a bit, as did the thermal suits they provided, but our feet, particularly toes, were freezing. Highly suggest electric heating socks if you want to be comfortable in the below zero weather; we had the old toe warmer packs, which did not do much good. We gave up on our 35mm camera at the first stop. This picture was taken with an iPhone 14 Pro Max. Alan got us to an amazing spot for photographs. No other group was around - we had the place to ourselves. He was very helpful throughout the night. Did a great job with the fires, too. A few days later, we received the link to our photos that he took with his camera. Thank you, Alan, for a truly wonderful experience! Highly recommend this tour.

Unforgettable experience

This was an experience we will never forget. We started out from Tromsø and about 20 minutes out our guide stopped to see if the location was good. It was, we were able to see the Northern Lights immediately. They were quite faint but perfectly visible on the camera. We stayed at this location for probably 5 hours. The lights grew stronger as the night progressed. We all left happy they we had seen them and had some great photos. As we were returning our guide suddenly stopped the bus and told us all to jump out immediately. The lights were right above us dancing across the sky, it was truly one of the most memorable experiences of my life. Our guide Alan was fantastic. He was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what to look for and where to look. He was so enthusiastic and genuinely wanted us all to get the best from the experience. I was there with my young son who was the only child on the tour, and Alan was always checking that he was ok and that he was warm enough. There are many options of tours to see the lights. I would be surprised if you could find one better than this one.

Our guide had complete focus on the task at hand. If there are northern lights to be seen, I have no doubt this company will put you in the right spot. We had clouds moving in and the tour almost felt like we were storm chasers. Fun experience and captured some great pictures.

This experience was really the most memorable in my life! it was surreal and magical! we were very lucky to have experienced it on the 1st of january and grateful to the tour guide Andrei for his excellent service that made the night the most enjoyable ! This trip was organized by Enjoy The Arctic tour company and if you get a chance to book a northern light tour, go book it with them! I highly recommend it! 5-star experience ! Andrei willingly assisted us on how to set up our cameras and/or iphones to really capture the northern lights. He also took photos of us as souvenirs and since we were a small group he had plenty of time to do it for each of us. We also had the perfect spot to watch and enjoy the dancing lights. It was a beautiful spot where there were no other groups so it was really intimate, no crowd, just all to ourselves to enjoy. We had bonfire, hot drinks, cakes, stories, information about the northern lights, tips, etc. It was a very fun and well-organized night. Thermal suits were also offered in case needed. I must say everything was perfect ! From easy meeting point to extending the service by dropping us off to our places. Hats off to EnjoyTheArctic team for the excellent service ! Thank you very much!

We had a lovely time looking for the northern lights and we saw them as well. They provided good tripods and thermal suites as well. Andrei was great at taking photos and helping us with taking photos ourselves. We had an amazing and memorable time sitting around the fire learning more about our galaxy and enjoying a warm drink and snacks. Overall a fantastic experience and highly recommend this tour.

É um passeio incrível. Sempre há uma expectativa de a Aurora aparecer ou não, mas nosso guia foi muito bom. Procurou a Aurora por 2 vezes e qdo ela subitamente apareceu, fez novas fotos. Nos serviu chá, bolo e fez uma fogueira que ajudou muito a combater o frio!
