Vi kontaktades av företaget två dagar i förväg för att ställa in information om hämtning. Hållit kontakten under hela upphämtningen, eftersom hämtning av kryssningsterminalen i Venedig kan vara lite rörig. Föraren var snabb och hjälpsam. 1 / 2 priset för kryssningsfartygets busstransfer!

Överföringen från kryssningsfartyget till flygplatsen kunde inte ha gått bättre. Jag kunde kontakta den lokala taxitjänsten när jag bestämde den exakta tiden vi skulle lämna fartyget, och de justerade hämtningstiden i enlighet därmed. Fordonet var där i tid, var rent och föraren väldigt trevlig.

Det var underbart att kringgå folkmassorna och få någon att hälsa oss direkt utanför fartyget. Väl värt pengarna eftersom vårt skepp försenades på grund av väder och vi hade en flygning att fånga. Andra människor ruslade för att hitta skyttlar men vi gick rätt förbi alla! Vår förare var mycket hjälpsam och trevlig.

Driver Never Showed Up

The driver never showed up. We waited almost an hour. We tried multiple times to call the number provided but they all went to a recording indicating they were closed. No voicemail to leave a message. In the end, we took a taxi (which still accommodated our party of 7) and cost a lot less. I would also like to add that I had booked a transfer from the airport to the pier at the beginning of the trip- which I cancelled weeks before arrival. (I have a cancellation number). I then booked a private tour with a transfer for my group. When we arrived in Venice, there was a man with a card and my name. I asked if he was Luca - the private guide I had been communicating with. HE said "no, Luca is my colleague". Fair enough. However, he was sent from Viator in response to the CANCELLED transfer, not the company providing our transfer and tour. We did not realize the problem until we were at the pier. As a result, our already limited time in Venice was cut short by 1.5 hours.

The driver arrived 10 minutes early. He was very pleasant and helped my disabled husband into the car. Car was very clean and had sufficient room for our bags and wheelchair. I would recommend.

Highly recommend! Extremely reasonable price . . . a fraction of what the cruise ship charged. Everything went off like clockwork. Greeter met us with a sign and introduced us to our driver. Both were extremely friendly, professional, and courteous. The car--a comfortable, immaculate Mercedes SUV--was parked close by, and the ride to the airport was smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable.

Driver was at cruise terminal as promised right as we walked off the ship. Nice and clean van direct to Marco Polo Airport. There were several private transfers waiting when you walked off the cruise ship. Overall, perfect. Just book it and save the headache of getting on a bus or waiting in line for a taxi. We were a party of 7 people total and would do again.

Needed a transfer from Venice pier to Marco Polo Airport. Our driver was there 30 minutes before our scheduled pick up time, helped us with our luggage into the car and at the airport by getting us a cart, walked us into the terminal to our check in area. Highly recommend them. Cost for 2 of us with a Mercedes SUV was more than half what our cruise line charged for a 48 passenger bus transfer.

I booked an S Class Mercedes and paid full price but the driver turned up late in a Mercedes minibus. When queried said no cars available yet we had stood waiting and saw loads of merc exec saloons picking up. Poor service, didn't get what I paid for, don't like not being told the truth and in fact could have booked a taxi onboard ship for a third of price. Won't use Viaror again and my advice is don't bother.

A very pleasant greeting and welcome sight in a very hectic port from the host. We were slightly early on disembarkation but the driver was there waiting for us and quickly whisked us away in perfect comfort avoiding the stress and hassle.
