Jag satte igång att köpa detta i hopp om att hitta något billigare (kan varje överföring verkligen vara så dyr??), Eller till och med med fler recensioner, och mullade över detta i veckor innan jag tog avtryckaren och gjorde det. Vi hade en 06: 30-flygning, så att fånga en vattentaxi, då buss klockan 4 var inte min idé att flytta den, och JAG ÄR GLAD VI KÖPTE DETTA! Båttaxi hämtade oss klockan 03: 56 på vårt hotell (som ligger på en liten kanal), och vi åtnjöt grundligt den stressfria, bekväma 25 minuters åkturen till flygplatssdockan (5 minuters promenad undercover till terminalen). Vi passerade människor med bagage som väntade på vattentaxi på Grand Canal när vi körde förbi och jag kunde se stressen i deras ansikten klockan 4. Jag önskar bara att det var lättare så vi kunde se vyn, men annars var föraren snabb, artig och effektiv. Jag rekommenderar starkt SÄRSKILT OM DU FÅR EN TIDLIG MORGENFART UT MARCO POLO! !

We had an early flight from Marco Polo and this made everything so much easier. I booked the experience and a day or two before our departure the company texted me to confirm all of the details for pickup and drop off. They were friendly and they even agreed to pick us up earlier than we originally agreed since our flight was so early. (Side tip, for us the Venice airport was l very slow so get there early!) Our boat driver was prompt and friendly. After a short boat ride to the airport our driver was arriving to pick us up. Everything ran smoothly. Recommend for hassle free transfer.

High quality airport transportation

Posh boat met us at sunrise to transport us from our Airbnb near San Marco to the airport. We were traveling with my elderly mother and everyone took great care with her and all of the luggage too. Lovely boat ride to the airport marina. A large van met us to drive us over to the terminal. This all went according to the tour description. However, we were told that we need to pay an additional $30 for the porter to move our luggage from boat to the van. I really thought this was a door-to-door service. We agreed as we also had to help Mother maneuver all of this. The same porter/van driver took our luggage all the way to the United check-in for us. So in the end, I felt that the $30 Euros was well worth it even though I wasn't expecting to pay it. I would definitely recommend this service.

This was a great experience to the end of our vacation. We didn’t have to struggle with our luggage getting to the airport. Our boat driver was nice, on time and the ride was terrific. I will do this again!

Ride was fine, however we had arranged to be picked up at our hotel. at 9:17 pm the night before, we were advised that we would need to meet near the realto bridge. With 8 people and 4 of them children it would be extremely difficult to do. We contacted the tour company and were told again we would be picked up at our hotel. Time for our pickup and I received a call saying that our taxi was waiting for us at such and such address, not our hotel. I called the company again and finally our taxi reluctantly picked us up at the agreed upon hotel location and 15 minutes late. He was not friendly at all.

Great Experience for an Early Morning Pickup

I booked this service because we had a 6:30am flight out of Venice and I could not afford for the water taxi to be late or not show up since we needed a pick up at 4am. I was able to get the taxi driver to pick us up at a dock close to our Air B&B apartment which was a big deal as I did not want the eight of us to be carrying luggage around Venice at 4am. The boat was very nice, one of those private wooden power boats. The service also included a shuttle to the terminal once we arrived at the water taxi dock at the airport which was a big plus with eight people and all of our luggage. Overall great experience.

Customer service to arrange the time of pick up was excellent. Our water taxi arrived on time and was super nice and professional. We were met at the airport by someone who assisted with luggage and meeting our driver. The driver to the terminal was also super professional. Highly recommend this seamless and stress-free way to get to the airport.

This private water taxi to Marco Polo airport seemed like it would be an easy, efficient and fun way to get from our Venice hotel to Marco Polo airport for a 6:40 am departure on June 9, 2023. We expected that our family of 4 would be picked up by the water taxi and taken to the dock at the airport where a van would be waiting to drive us the rest of the way to the terminal. We contacted the company the day prior and were told that we would receive a text message later that day to confirm the pick-up. That text message to confirm didn't come until 9:00 pm for a 4:00 am pick-up. The Water Taxi #10 arrived at our hotel pier (off of the Grand Canal) at 4:00 am as promised, we boarded the taxi and the ride was lovely - for about 4 or 5 minutes. The taxi then pulled over near the main bus station off of the Grand Canal and the driver told us that we had to get out and walk to a curb and wait for a van to pick us up to take us to the airport which would be a 15 minute drive. After a few moments of us trying to understand why we were being let off, all we could understand was that the taxi driver indicated that had to get to the Rialto Bridge for another ride. He walked us to a spot and told us to wait there for a driver named Yanida and then he left our family of four standing there in the dark just after 4:00 a.m. to wait for the van. He did give us a phone number for the driver. Both he and her told us numerous times that she would arrive in 5 minutes. This was incredibly stressful as we had a flight leaving at 6:40. We thought we'd been swindled and started looking up alternative means to get to the airport on our phones. But, about 20 minutes after being left at the bus station by the water taxi driver, the van driver did arrive and take us to the terminal. No explanation was ever given regarding why we weren't taken directly to the airport on the water taxi - which is what we paid for. The cost of the transfer as $314.13 (U.S).

After initial booking you are not contacted until one day before your booking. You receive a text to confirm your time and pickup location. They are also willing to change times, within reason, if possible. Our water taxi driver Marco was great. Our group had large luggage pieces and he got them stacked on the boat quickly. There is not a lot of space for luggage which is understandable as the water taxi boats are not big boats. If I were to return to Venice I would book with them again. Everything went smoothly and it was a stress free way to travel to the airport.

The Best for Transport to Venice Marco Polo Airport

Absolutely recommend this transportation to the Marco Polo Airport. We required a 3:30AM pickup due to an earlier morning flight out of Italy and the water taxi was waiting as promised very close to our stay at an Airbnb. The transport via boat in the dark (ala James Bond!) was quick. Upon arrival at the airport another driver took us by van to the international terminal saving us walking and finding our terminal. Highly recommend these folks and would definitely use them in the future!
