Vi hade turen att ha Clementine helt för oss själva (jag och min partner) för turnén i morse/eftermiddag. Vi fick prova så många fantastiska delikatesser från underbara platser som vi inte skulle ha hittat om vi själva gick omkring planlöst. Varje maträtt var unik och så välsmakande, vi lämnade känslan MYCKET mätta men mycket nöjda. Clementine var en fantastisk guide, så vänlig och rolig med bra samtal och kunskap om området. Skulle rekommendera till alla.

Venice food tour

Cecilia was our tour guide and she was excellent. She shared with us her extensive knowledge of Venetian history and food ( we were very full by the end of the tour). As would be expected on a Venetian food tour there were a number of seafood offerings but for those who don’t enjoy fish there were plenty of options. She took us to areas which were truly hidden gems. Would highly recommend this tour.

Wonderful and authentic

We had an excellent time on this food tour! Our tour guide Dani was so wonderful - I really appreciate that she explained the history of the city, the food and took us to local places where the food was fantastic. We did the 10:30 am started with espresso, biscotti and made our way to savory items, wine, spritz and dessert. The portion sizes were great, and we were so full at the end! I think it really represented the full range of foods in Venice. Come hungry and have a minimal breakfast if doing it in the AM!

Maria was an absolutely wonderful guide for our food tour. The food and drinks were all wonderful,especially enjoyed the Spritz Select, and she was very knowledgeable about what we were eating and the areas that she took us to. It even ended up being a private tour for the 3 of us as the others who were to partake never showed.

I loved moving from place to place to try different foods. I loved the polpette (Venetian meatballs) and all the varieties of cichetti the best. It was a very hot day and our host Daniella made sure that we were in the shade and AC as much as possible. She was also a fountain of knowledge about the Canareggio District, which made the tour delicious as well as informative! I would recommend doing it at the start of your stay in Venice so you can go back to the establishments later on. I went back for more polpette in the evening even though I was stuffed from the tour!
