Do not book through...

Do not book through viator. I even made a phone call and viator assured me that the tour was available and going even though it was January. Unfortunately they did not speak with the tour operators and there was no tour. We waited for 20 minutes at the designated spot and no guide was available. I would suggest if you book go through the original ghost of Williamsburg tour website itself. Do not use viator!! Very very upset with viator. Not with the operator of the tours.

Long Tour for a Late Night

Tour was ok. It was longer than expected… almost 2hrs. Plus a LONG walk around Colonial Williamsburg. Small group with lots of interactive conversations made tour more interesting.

Rick was a great guide. He's really good at keeping you engaged with his storytelling :) My kids listened to him much more intently than they ever listen to me 😆

This is not a tour you want to take if you are not a fast walker. The tour was interesting except our tour guide could have been more animated. It was like she was telling a boring story. After all it was a ghost tour.

From start to finish our guide Rick was very engaging, knowledgeable and entertaining. We loved the tour and enjoyed listening to Rick tell many interesting stories and giving us the historical facts and peoples accounts of their experiences passed down through time.

The stories I liked the best was the one about the pirate and the story about the boy that died and his mother dedicated a school to for kids of all backgrounds in honor of her son and his poorer friend.

It was a fun tour. Vladimir was a very good guide and enjoyed entertaining us. A beautiful way to spend and hour and a half walking down Williamsburg main historic street.

Vlad was charming and informative. Well done. Prompt, spent a few extra minutes looking for lost guest until found but didn’t cut your short. Another group had a lost child involved and all was stopped until Vlad and group resolved matter which was fortunately just a few minutes. Time well spent.
