Even though the lights were not as bright or green as they appear in pictures, it was nice to be out in the middle of nowhere enjoying the ice covered forest in the dark.

This was my second Aurora Bus Tour. What I liked about this tour was that they didn’t fill each and every see on the bus so there was more room to move and we were all less cramped. Lucy was our guide and she was just so warm, friendly and bubbly! This tour was very similar to the other bus tour that I went on. The bus is heated and they offered hot chocolate and cookies. We drove to different lakes to view the Aurora. Lucy was so great and took pictures of us and promptly sent us the pictures the next day. I would highly recommend this tour1

We had our tour booked and pick up time confirmed but they forgot to pick us up! We had to taxi out to the first lake location. Our guide Lucy was great but unfortunately there were no auroras visible due to clouds and snow.

We honor your honest review regarding the weather (It does happen, weather can be bad as well) and would have been more pleased to know your review regarding this tour itself instead of the weather. The schedule was not mixed up however not received at all from the online booking platform you booked through and we made an effort to honour your booking by having you on board and paid for your taxi ride to reach our bus and took up this loss on ourselves. We met Mo, a super tour guide who was very experienced and patient. Along the way he told us a lot about the aurora. We encountered aurora explosions two nights in a row, and the tour guide took a lot of photos for us. Very professional, highly recommended!

The tour experience was amazing! We had Lucy as our tour guide and she took us to 3 different locations to view the aurora. We were able to grab so many photos for everyone as the colors of the aurora were stunning to see! Lucy took beautiful photos for everyone and was kind to each person on the tour. She took the time to learn everyone's name and hear their story. If I were to do a tour, I would do it with Lucy!

Dear We are not Viator. You booked a guaranteed departure tour so that you can feel confident that we will not cancel a tour on you and do our best however Mother Nature didn't favor that night. As promised we guaranteed this tour and We operated this tour, our driver and guide did their best, and the other 10 Guests all went home happy as they enjoyed the tour, other than the nature was not in our favor this night. You could have asked for the change of date however you didn't because you wanted to at least give it a try we guess? And it is a positive and good thing you went out and tried as we did? because when you try that's when there is a chance, without trying there is no chance. We hope you might have seen a good aurora on a various night and if not then we do not want to discourage you and suggest to please do not give up and go for more Northern Lights tours with any operator or any part of the world. All you need is clear skies and no light pollution that's all. We wish you the best of Northern Lights in the future. Please note Northern Lights are always there, just need clear skies however sometimes the skies don't clear up, so don't give up. Thank you so much for your review hope you enjoyed the tour as the cost was for the tour and only to facilitate you to see the Northern Lights (We cannot put a cost to Northern Lights or don't sell northern lights), nature is free of cost for everyone to feel experience and enjoy) however, Mother Nature was not in favor this night. The odds were in our favour and we were able to spot the northern lights under clear skies. I recommend using night mode to better capture the northern lights. It was magnificent and stunning. I had a wonderful time and I thank the tour guides for being informative and wonderful!

We had an Excellent experience and highly recommend this company. They picked us and provided hot drinks and snacks to keep us warm. Staff Mo took pictures for each of us. L felt the numbness of my figures after only taking a few pictures. His hands must be supper cold to take so many pictures in -27F. But he kept going and taking pictures for everyone. All pictures are Free of charge. That’s an amazing services.

It was snowy for all day but we're lucky to see the northern lights! Thanks to the guide and the driver, we made a wonderful memory and enjoyed a comfortable trip.

Great experience to me and to my friends ! Nice spots to see the famous Aurora we were able to take great photos!! Also The guide and the bus driver are great!!
