Based on our records, it appears that you originally made a reservation in September for our Zurich, Cruise, and Lindt Home of Chocolate tour with a scheduled departure at 10 am. Subsequently, you canceled and rebooked the same tour the following day, only to cancel it again. This process resulted in a total of two new bookings and two cancellations for the initially chosen tour. Your most recent booking is now for our Rhine Falls & Stein am Rhein tour. We would like to kindly clarify that modifications to bookings can only be made upon the customer's request.
This is the reason why you didn’t appear on the passenger list for our city tour at 10:00 but for our Rhine Falls & Stein am Rhein at 13:15. We are sorry to read that you didn’t remember the alternations in your bookings that you did in September and thus expected to join our city tour. Unfortunately, the tour at 10:00 was already fully booked and we couldn’t accommodate you.
Additionally, in the “What’s Included” and “Additional Info” sections of the tour description, it is explicitly mentioned that the boat ride is not included and those interested in participating need to make the payment on-site. The 30-minute walking tour through the charming village of Stein am Rhein incurs no additional fees, as it is an integral part of the tour experience.
