Not wheelchair accessible
The Popeye isn't conventionally wheelchair accessible BUT if patrons are prepared for 6 steps up, over and into the boat with handrails it is possible. The Skipper will lend assistance. This may be difficult for those with walking disabilities or using a wheelchair
Seats are assigned as general admission with a capactiy of 48 passangers per boat. Avaliablity will not be known in advance of the cruise time. Popeye operates on a 'first come first served basis'.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

the ride was very excited, my 2 year old baby enjoyed a lot. i went to ride on my 6th wedding anniversary with my baby and husband. and it was great fun together. we love it a lot. the caption of cruise was very humble and he click the pic of my baby with his caption cap. overall it was so amazing. i truly recommended it to everyone to please visit once.

It was a beautiful day, perfect for the Cruise which unfortunately was spoilt by poor Audio sound I know the Capt had good things to tell us but it was not clear. Also because no one could hear, all the passengers and kids talked very loud and noisy, so all I could enjoy was the view. Shame people do not respect the little trip and keep quiet.

Unable to find the pick up location, We contacted the operator via the app and email and no reply. Tried to cancel the trip or get a later trip and same thing, no reply from the local operator. Waste of time and money.

Very poor customer service and careless approach. The pick up location was changed and they never cared to let us know. We were waiting at the pick up point and no-one showed up. When we rang, they said they will send us an updated location, but this never happened. Now I m requesting a refund but they refuse saying they registered us to their next cruise 1 hour later, obviously making this up. Totally frustrated. Rather go for a walk along the river or hire a BBQ donut, this Popeye place does not care at all about their customers.

Very relaxing to spend an hour hearing about the area and seeing several varieties of water fowl. The boat captains funny! This is a perfect thing to do with children. He even let them toot the horn.
