    Yang was the most helpful person we met our entire journey to Amsterdam and an absolute pleasure to work with on the photos we got. We coordinated prior to arrival and knew exactly where would have the best views. My fiancée and are so grateful to have found this experience. We will never forget it.

    Zoey was so great! She was super social-able and helped us feel comfortable the entire time. She helped us with posing and walked us through the entire thing. She even showed us some preliminary shots which looked great!

    Leah made our trip special. Despite the heavy rain, she found some wonderful spots to take some good shots. She also listened to all our requests and was so helpful to let us comfortable from the beginning to the end. I really recommend this experience!

    Photographer asked to reschedule on the initial date that we chose because of the weather. On the next decided date, the weather was also unstable but he insisted that we still do it on that date. We were late for a couple of minutes as we cannot control public transport timing and he's unhappy about it. We were so nice to accomodate the changes and schedule he recommended yet we can't be late due to things we can't control?

Providing a high-quality photography experience is paramount to us, and I'd like to address the situation you've described. Our photographer made every effort to accommodate your schedule by waiting from 16:30 to 17:45, which extended well beyond the initially scheduled time. We also proposed rescheduling to another day, but it appeared that our attempts to communicate were not acknowledged on your end. It's important to note that, as per our agreement, the session was initially scheduled for 16:30, and we did our best to adjust it to 17:30 after your initial delay. Unfortunately, further delays occurred, and when you requested a further postponement to 18:00, we had to decline to ensure fairness to our other clients and the integrity of our scheduling. The reason our photographer maintained contact with you was to ensure that all parties could arrive promptly at the designated meeting point, as timeliness is crucial to the smooth execution of our sessions. Delays can significantly impact our ability to provide an excellent experience to all our clients. Once again, we apologize for any frustration this situation may have caused you. We kindly request all our clients to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule as it allows us to efficiently manage our sessions and provide a consistent level of service to everyone.     Excellent value! We were met promptly at the starting time and had a 40 minute photo shoot with a local student. We received pictures a few days later. A fun way to experience some beautiful sights in Amsterdam.

    My boyfriend and I had 0 expectations, especially since im a bit shy and uncomfortable in front of the camera but this was one of the best things we did while staying in Amsterdam! Zoey was amazing, she was very professional but also made this a very fun and enjoyable experience. And the photos turned out superb! Cant recommend this enough. Thank you so much, Zoey!
