My aunt and I had a very nice time at this cooking class. There were just 4 of us and we were each given different jobs to do to help with the process. Our Chef gave us a choice of three different entries to make after he explained them. We also had an appetizer and a dessert. The rooftop view was great! I highly recommend this tour.

A Unique and Fun Experience

This was such a great experience! I learned a lot about traditional Guatemalan cooking techniques, which are all very simple and accessible. Pampa, my guide/instructor was very helpful and interesting to talk with. I highly recommend taking a class here on your trip to Antigua. You will not be disappointed!

This was the perfect experience from the pickup from our hotel ( where we were all so dropped off after the class was over), to the discussion about the food we were preparing, to the dishes we prepared. Our Guatemalan chef prepared some incredible food. We got to take the recipes home. I highly recommend this experience?

We had such an amazing time at Cuscun! Of my four friends I am the only one with any resemblance of cooking skills, but all four of had a blast and were able to keep up with the chef. The food was absolutely delicious and the view was incredible. I highly recommend this wonderful activity to anyone visiting Guatemala. The price is very affordable and quite frankly I would have paid double for how much fun we had.

Would do again in a heart beat.

This is a great way to spend your afternoon in Antigua. I had an awesome time learning about Guatemalan culture and food. The dishes we made were so yummy and I had a great time chatting with the host and learning about his family. They also provided transportation right from my hostel which made finding the class seamless!

I had a amazing time with this group of instructors for the cooking class! If you are staying in Antigua, you must attend the class. I learned so much about the Guatemala culture of food and the meal was delicious.

It was amazing! Met fellow solo travelers at the cooking class. It was just us three girls and we had the pleasure to cook alongside Chef Carolina. It was an unforgettable experience and would highly recommend others to take. We were able to create amazing food. It was so delicious! My taste buds were dancing! It was truly authentic Guatemalan food and I am so happy to experiences this!

First the school kept in communication with me to confirm my reservation. The driver picked us up right in front of our hotel. It took us about 15 minutes to get there from our hotel near the arch. When we arrived we learned about the history of the cooking school. Dario our instructor was amazing! It was a personalized, fun, educational, and most of all the food we made was delicious! On top of such a great experience, the views were breathtaking from the rooftop patio where we made the meal. I would absolutely recommend this experience as a must do when visiting Antigua.

From the pickup/drop off in a TukTuk and the whole cooking lesson, this is a must-do activity. The staff are very friendly and explain all the history and background to Guatemalan cooking, Mayan roots, and so much more. The rooftop shared dining experience to chat and meet others was unparalleled. Highly recommended!
