Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Our car did not arrive. Called three times and with the first time they disconnected the call. Called back and put on hold for 9 minutes? Then said something in Greek and hung up. Then called again on hold 10 minutes only to find out that the car was suck in traffic. Waited in the cold for an additional 45 minutes. Then the supposed private car was a taxi that had to strap down the bags because there was not enough room. I had requested a larger vehicle. It was dirty and old and he did not speak English very well. So disappointed!
