For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

There was a demonstration going on in front of our hotel, and our driver had to park around the corner. He was so concerned that he might be late that he called our travel agent and she called the hotel, and they relayed the message to us that he might be late because of the rally. As it turned out, he was only two minutes late. We had a very good experience with this diver and appreciate his promptness and concern.

No service, charged anyway!

What a mess this company is. After booking through Viator, I had to then make an international call to book again, per their policy. Then I received an email confirmation for the wrong time. Then, I had to cancel this service because United Airlines told us to come back to the airport to meet our delayed luggage on the flight it was on, instead of going to the port, via this company. I called, and emailed, more than once, cancelling the service, well within 24 hours. Then our driver showed up anyway. A woman then called and was very rude, even after I explained I had cancelled the service. Then, we were charged for the service anyway. We were charged $70.00!! For no service!! We used several amazing transfer services on this trip, and all returned emails immediately, were available via text, and were easy to communicate with, even working with us when our flight was delayed. Use Uber before this company. They provide nothing more than a Taxi, especially regarding communication, and will rip you off.

Total brazen ripoff as we prepaid 67.42 for our transfer by private mini bus see above from our Hotel to Piraeus Port for two passengers with bags, when we actually were provided with a yellow taxi, of which there is an abundance around Syntagma Square, and who charge Euros 14 16 for the same trip, as we had discovered, by chance, the day before departure, when dining next to the Port, in Microlimonou, next to Piraeus ! Never again.
