Nevertheless, you proceeded with the tour with our experienced driver, despite a two-hour delay, but unfortunately, we were unable to provide you with a guide due to the last-minute nature of the request.
We did process the reimbursement for the guide, but please understand that if your booking was made through another provider, the amount you receive might be lower than expected.
