Our guide Karti made the whole day an absolutely fantastic experience. If you are up for all the main Bangkok sites in one day then this must be the best tour going.

Excellent experience. Helpful and resourceful tour guide. Thoroughly enjoyed the full day trip. Highlights are the boat tour, Grand palaca and golden buddha temple. Offered Lunch was very authentic
A bit chaotic but a good intro to the sites

Tour was a good way to see the city and key sites quickly. Our guide seemed very knowledgeable and was very concerned about our condition (especially given the hot weather. We did visit all the sites. The air conditioned van was a lifesaver on a hot day. The tour did feel chaotic though. From the moment of meeting, our guide spent a lot of time on the phone (setting up next tour sites I assume) so it seemed likely there had been little pre-work (likely the fault of the agency not the guide?). The guides English was only ok - likely this was why we got less background and other information than I would have liked, and likely why she often just left us at the door of some temples and told us to self tour and meet up in 15 minutes. We did agree that shortening the tour was a good idea given the extreme temps.

Our guide and driver provided a very comfortable, educational and interesting tour of Bangkok. We saw a number of highlights, cruised a fascinating canal and saw many sites, while learning how people in Bangkok and Thailand live. I highly recommend this tour.
Waste of money

Terrible waste of money! We paid for the private tour as we wanted to see and hear the history. Our guide didn’t provide any information! We asked questions to try and get something from him. He couldn’t understand our questions even simple ones. The guide was nice and the pace was fine however we paid to get history and we didn’t get any. We have used viator before and we throughly enjoyed the experiences that is why we used the company again. Unfortunately this experience was so bad we won’t be using viator again.

Not worth the price

Not worth the price we paid. Also if you start in the afternoon you will only see a few spots. They will not go later. And our driver got lost both ways.

You could cancel without any charges if the proposed plan does not suit your needs. Regarding the issue with our driver getting lost, We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by our driver making a wrong turn in the dark on the return trip during late night. Great day. Had been looking forward to seeing all the cultural sites. Wasn’t disappointed. Guide was very good. The only thing I would add is that the boarding on the long boat was very hazardous and then the canal boat ride that followed was a little too long. I do not think you should be trying to get people on a boat that is almost 6 ft below them

Great introduction to Thailand and Bangkok

A really interesting day which helped us get our bearings on day one in Bangkok. Our guide, Araya, was lovely and very knowledgeable. She was able to navigate us through temples and palaces in a way that we would never have been able to do on our own, bringing the stories and history to life through her explanations. It was fantastic being in a group as just our family and the whole experience felt really tailored and personal - from learning to fold lotus flowers so that we could offer them at the temple, to sitting down in a restaurant with local people for lunch. Pick up and drop off at the hotel in an air conditioned minibus was a godsend in the heat!
A True Learning Experience

The tour started on time and took about 6-7 hours to completion. We covered all the sights mentioned in the itinerary during this tour and we had sufficient time at each location. What made the tour memorable was our tour guide Krit. A young fellow, whose knowledge of history and his general knowledge of the world was amazing. He made the tour a true learning experience for us. Besides the above mentioned, the vehicle that picked us for the tour was clean, very comfortable and well maintained. The lunch was set to our taste and preference and the choice of restaurant was a good one (clean, good food and not much rush). All in all, we had a great day sightseeing in Bangkok.

What are awesome day we had with our tour guide. He was very informative, funny, knowledgeable. he had a story about everything, we saw so much in such a short period of time, from Royal Palace, canal, boat, ride, fairy ride, delicious, lunch and much much more. I would definitely recommend this experience, will definitely recommend him to all my friends when in Bangkok. Thank you for making this day so special for our family. PS even my eight-year-old had a great time:)

My mother and I celebrated her birthday in Asia, embarking on our first trip to Thailand. Our day tour was exceptional with Eddie, our very informative and accommodating guide, who enlightened us on temple histories, led us through vibrant markets, and treated us to delicious Thai dishes and desserts. The highlight was our delightful private boat journey along the scenic canal.

Bangkok highlights in a single day

We chose this itinerary based on time constraints in Bangkok. It is optimistic to complete all stops when the temperatures and humidity are at peak levels. Our guide was punctual and navigated us through the streets, boats, and ferries. Araya educated on throughout the journey. I would highly recommend this tour but be reasonable based on temperatures - focus on the the temples.
