Driver was difficult to locate

The driver did not meet us. Tried to give us various directions on the phone through the airport, to a coffee shop, down an escaltor, etc...to meet at the parking lot. Very confusing as a first-time visitor to Barcelona. Other drivers were lined up with surnames on a sign to greet the passengers. Probably would not use this company again

A highly professional premium service

This was an outstanding service. There was excellent communication before and after the arrival of my flight. The pick up point had been clearly identified, and the driver was waiting as agreed, holding a board with my name. He was extremely polite but very professional. The car was in very nice condition and immaculately clean. The driver was fully engaged and very pleasant to speak with during the journey into Barcelona. The ride itself was extremely smooth - he is an excellent driver! A top notch 5* service which I can unequivocally recommend. I can only apologise that I had no euros on me, and could not give the driver the tip he clearly deserved!!

Not worth it

The driver was late and I had to call him twice to find him. The driving was poor. Too fast, changing lanes without signaling, stopping short. The driver was on the phone during almost the entire trip. A taxi would have been faster and less expensive.
