I paid for private transportation in a black Mimi Van but a dirty taxi showed up. Driver was rude and also not clean. He blamed me for not being on time when my guest and I were standing outside hotel for an hour waiting on our transport. I never approached him because I expecting a nice clean black minivan to pick us up. I definitely didn’t get what I paid for!!! Extremely disappointed!

The taxi came at 10am. They said that we scheduled 10 AM. I never scheduled 10 AM. We could not even get on the boat till 1:30 PM. They refused to reschedule for us or even refund us any of the 120e we prepaid.

Had trouble when we arrived so callled to confirm pick up. agreed that pick up would be 12 noon. Waited in lobby of hotel from 11;45 to 12;10 then hotel called company. They were rude, spoke to them personally, further rudeness and argued the pick up was 11 and we were not there. They putdown the phone while i was speaking. Hotel called back and similar interaction. In the end hotel called a taxi forus and we were politely taken to the cruise terminal at further persoanl expenses. You need to review your vendors in Barcelona. worst treatment ever. we have previously been most impressed by your vendors.

Though transport was requested to accommodate 6 adults with luggage, the vehicle sent was not adequate. One passenger was added to another cab waiting, but the original driver continued to be very rude and arrogant. He finally relented to loading remaining luggage and passengers, but only after demanding additional payment of 50 Euros (ONLY), payable to HIM (emphasized by thumping his chest) and stating vehicle would not move until payment was made. Due to time constraints we were forced to comply with the demands. but found the situation totally unacceptable and a horrible way to start a vacation.

The driver was suppose to arrive at 9 and never showed up! We called them and they said we cancelled. We did not! They sent a taxi instead to compensate and it was small and we were late boarding our cruise!

In short, the scheduled transfer never showed up. Despite calls to the provider who confirmed our pickup details, they were unable to locate the driver (who apparently finally arrived 1 hour late) but we had already caught a private taxi to meet our scheduled boarding time. To make matters worse Viator declined to refund our original payment without explanation. We believe the problem to be that the actual transfer details cannot be provided during the booking process. The details are communicated via separate email after the booking is completed and there is therefore no verifiable account of the details for Viator. Incidently taxis are readily available everywhere and the cost from City Center to Cruise Port is less than 20 Euros.

Book for 8 adults but the driver didn’t have room for not even 6 pieces of luggage. Had to pay fir an additional cab to follow. The driver was very friendly and it wasn’t his fault. I think you have to expect at least 1 piece of luggage and a personal bag for each passenger.
