Highly recommend
Suzanne_R, Apr 2024
Highly recommend this tour. Fantastic tour guide, provided all the details about what we were looking at. So much symbolism to see and understand. The church is stunning. You don’t want to skip this, and using the tour to walk right in with someone to tell you what you’re looking at is the best way to do it.
A great guide for the trip to Sagrada Familia with Our guide Sarah
Gary_S, Apr 2024
Our guide Sarah was excellent. Her descriptions about the history of Sagrada Familia were comprehensive and she responded to all questions thoroughly. She also was clear with her instructions about where and when to meet up. A superb guide

The tour was fine but we had a menber who was ill on the day of the trip. We requested a refund and were denied. Its an expensive tour. Viator did not lose money. But would not consider refunding one ticket Very poor service
wonderful guide

our guide was wonderful! animated and full of knowledge. despite the crowds, she was able to corral our group. we could hear her very clearly over the radio transmitters.
Perfect tour for all family. Interesting without being too long for kids to get bored.

Olga, the tour guide, was very good. Enthusiastic and informative. Audio device used was really good mean there was no trouble hearing guide.

Our guide Oliver grew up in this neighborhood, and his passion for the place is tangible. Excellent and informative tour!
A very interesting and beautiful cathedral (Sagrada Familia)
jamesdouglas_k, Apr 2024
The good thing about having an experienced tour guide is that they can tell you some of the history of Sagrada Familia, and while you are in the cathedral, they can show you some of the special features of the structure. Sagrada Familia has dramatic sculptures on the facade, and our guide was able to describe the significance of the figures. Inside, she was able to talk about the columns, windows, etc., and point out how beautiful the inward streaming light is (multi-colored). I'd suggest getting tickets as early as possible. We did not get to go up in the towers, as tickets were not available. It is also helpful if you take time to learn about Gaudi and Sagrada Familia before you visit the cathedral. It is a magnificent building.
Incredible building
Andrea_C, Apr 2024
The tour guide (Antonia) was great, and the building is incredible! The battery for my audio guide ran out half way through so I had to share a device with another guest.
Oliver was a great tour guide to this unique experience
Sophie_G, Apr 2024
Oliver was our energetic and reverent guide and the experience was amazing, learning many things until leaving us to explore on our own and stay as long as we wanted. We went to the school and the museum (museum with the rope/bird feed system was very interesting) and was pleased to hear if there was appropriate time given, we could even go to daily mass here.
Definitely worth having a guide for Sagrada Familia!

You definitely want to have a tour guide for this! There is SO much detail and things to see, you'll miss something without a guide. Our guide led us through easily and spent time at each stop, pointing out things of interest. He had a good grasp of the history and the meaning behind all the sculptures both inside and on the outside. He gave us tips on things we could do on our own in the basilica once the tour was over, pointed out bathrooms, etc. A truly magnificent structure - you can spend as much time as you want. Go in the afternoon on a sunny day. The sun shining through the stained glass on the western side lights up the entire inside and looks like fire!
WOW!
Debbie_W, Apr 2024
I’ve been twiice before so the structure didn’t surprise me but my husband (who hasn’t been to Barcelona before) turned a corner, stopped in his tracks and said “Wow!l”, he was blown away from the outside and did the same on the inside as he saw the light coming through the stained glass windows. Our tour guide Vanessa was very bubbly and friendly and shared lots of knowledge with the group. Only thing I would suggest is a clearer ‘flag’ to identify the guide as she used an umber but it was raining so EVERYONE had an umbrella up! Alternatively a bright uniform/coat to identify them in the crowds.
Not a great experience
Nicholas_S, Apr 2024
Very rushed tour with verbal description in spanish and then english but both extremely quick and very strong accent so not able to understand. Elderly parents could not understand any of it and not very entertaining either. Expensive for a poor experience.
Sagrada - with a helpful guide
Janet_O, Apr 2024
Absolutely streamlined process . I arrived a bit late for check in but was accommodated so well by the team in what looked like chaos but was probably just what the team deals with all of the time . The guide was very well informed and it was a great morning activity and better than doing the walk through without a guide.
Great Sagrada Familia
Ayala_G, Apr 2024
Wonderful guide, knowledgable and funny. Interesting explanations outside and inside. The guide took great care of us. The place is magnificent.
Much better than expected
STEPHEN_W, Apr 2024
Easy to find the Julià Travel Office and a very easy, quick walk to the church. Office was well organized, workers were friendly and spoke English well. Only 1 bathroom at this location but there are more at La Sagrada. Well done tour in a chaotic environment at the church itself. We were really glad we did the tour or we would’ve missed SO much. Definitely worth the visit! Blew us away!
La Familia Sagrada

We had a wonderful guide who pointed out details she herself had recently learned from other tourists. A tour guide with skip the line was well worth it.
Check and double check your reservation.
Heidi_K, Apr 2024
The tour was great once we got on one. It seemed that Julia tour did not have our reservation from Viator and 7 other people had the same issue one booked from Get Your Guide. We all had to rebook and some people were leaving so they got a disappointed
Bad customer support, want refund
Jad_S, Apr 2024
Was running late so Called the company to arrange options but no one answered multiple calls, not helpful and never got refunded
Excellent guided tour
John_O, Apr 2024
Excellent guided tour of La Sagrada Familia Our tour guide is very knowledgeable about Gaudi and the Sagrada Familia. Highly recommended tour.
Incredible sight horrific tour
Larry_K, Apr 2024
This could have been the worst tour I ever experienced. It started late and was supposed to be a “small group” but had around 30 people. The tour guide Miss Gonzalez “AG” was almost impossible to understand and her English was poor at best. She was more concerned about explaining about how the line worked than explaining what we were seeing on the outside of the Sagrada. Once inside, she repeated herself constantly and the foursome I was with eventually just took off our headphones and started listening to the other tour guides around us. We all gave up and left the tour early. What a waste of money.
