You really need a guide to help you appreciate the intricacies of Sagrada. Our guide was fabulous. He was very knowledgeable, easy to listen to and kept everyone together and engaged. The stained glass windows are just amazing. Highly recommend.

Signed up for an English speaking tour. Our Spanaird Jaime's accent was so thick and fast, I missed 90% of his talk. His audio microphone also static. Disappointing.

Learning about the different sides of the Sagrada Familia and knowing what I was looking at gave the tour so much more meaning. This was a tour that was on my bucket list and it as worth the effort to make. Christine was very knowledgeable. I also liked that it was not jam packed with people so that we could see everything. We didn’t get to go in the gift shop because it closed at 2:30 on New Year Day.

Terrible! Could not find the guide. He called and I told him I was standing in front of the cathedral repeatedly and his reply was: No, you are not! He never returned our calls or got back to us to reschedule even though we repeatedly called.

We are sorry to read this comment and that you could not take the tour. On all our tours we ask that clients arrive 15 minutes before the start to avoid late arrivals and be able to join the tour without problem. The tours have group tickets with strict schedules and each group is made up of 20 or 25 people who cannot risk losing the tour in case a client arrives late. If you arrive late, unfortunately we cannot do anything so that you can access without a guide since they are not individual tickets as indicated in the reservation. It is important to read the purchase conditions. Anyway, thanks for your opinion. Team 4UBarcelona
