Having a personal guide and fast pass was critical to us getting the maximum value out of the time we could spend onsite. Couldn't have gone better as our guide texted us a day before telling us where to meet her. When we arrived onsite she and was able to cretail our tour to tell us about the thigs we were most interest in. She also pointed out details we would have missed on our own. Ater the tour ended we took more time to look at things we wanted to see in more detail.

And I like always offering the visit to the museum to catch much better about all the details and learn about the talent of Gaudi, so it is worthy coming with time for that. While I very much enjoyed the experience, I was very disappointed that I did not get to go up the tower, to look closer to the mosaics which was the main reason I booked a private tour. All my correspondence mentioned I was a mosaic artist so it was obvious. Asking an extra 10 Euros was ridiculous when I paid nearly $300 for the skip the line experience, it should have been included in the pricing. It was not Elisabeth's fault, I think Viator is overpriced. I could have had a same experience for half that price.

Thank you Leanne. As you know I offer a private tour and being only 1 person it is particularly costful, when split with other people it is more affordable. Concerning the access into belltowers, I am very sorry because I suggested to add the option and even insist in a second message, but I never had an answer. In fact, not everybody likes the belltowers: even if the views are great there is a narrow and dizzy staircase and it is terrible for those scared of heights and/or claustrophobic

Elisabeta was a fantastic guide for Sagrada Familia. She not only knew every detail about the church, but also brought it to life with her artistic and poetic interpretation - very, very inspiring. We had just finished a 20-day cruise and had been on a LOT of guided tours, but Elisabeta’s was our hands-down favorite. I highly recommend this guide and tour.

We had a private tour with Elisabet Morera who was absolutely excellent, well prepared and very informative of the details of La Sagrada Familia. Skip the (huge) line tickets were well worth the cost. The museum brings to life the thought process of the architect. The building, completed and under construction, is incomparable to the most of the other European cathedrals due the the current (reasonably young) age of the design and engineering. This is a MUST see attraction in Barcelona. The only glitch of our tour concerned access to the towers which had been confirmed with Viator as being included in the cost but failed to transmit that information to our guide. As a result we ended up paying 20 Euros onsite for tower access. Viator you owe us on that. Otherwise a wonderful, awe inspiring experience.
