Unfortunately, there was a mistake by the driver. And we already discussed it with you and him.
But I do not agree with what you say, "he left us without transportation and that it took a lot of stress to find a new driver" because WE found a new driver and we sent him to the airport in one hour. You reached the cruise terminal one hour later around 13:30 but always on time because the ship usually leaves the dock around 19:00.
Sometimes you can reach the terminal in more than one hour late because of the traffic that normally there is on that motorway.
