Fun day for some senior citizens

Great little aquarium. Not huge but we are glad we took the 1 hour subway to get to it. Conveniently on the Coney Island Boardwalk

The aquarium was great and the access to the board walk was pretty cool, but I recommend parking outside. The parking for the Aquarium is a scam.

I felt it neglected in deterioration, 5 years ago I visited it it was 8 out of 10, today 5 out of 10. The photos on the web 10 out of 10. but the place is not what their website advertises. They need more secure support. the place is neglected.

Coming back to this New York Aquarium after so many years was a brand new experience

One of the most amazing aquariums regarding the sharks there, both my mom and I have ever seen here in New York. The sea lion and penguin exhibits, were cool to see. The underwater view option, was fun and a sight to behold at times. The Aquarium Theater regarding the talented sea lions there, was creatively scripted, and fun to watch too. The food selection at the Sea Side Cafe’ was decent but a bit expensive. The table we had the only option to choose from had a tray with the left over garbage on it and the table wasn’t properly cleaned by the workers there, and some of the tables were very wobbly so it was tricky to sit and eat comfortably there intermittently. Other than that, everything else was good. The staff were all for the most part cool and helpful with things regarding information etc.

To see my grandkids eyes light up as they watch the sea animals especially the big fish, turtle and seal lion show it was all awesome, o let's not forget 4D theatre one of a kind.

The Sharks Exhibit I like the the set upwhen you walk in the sharks we're swimming over your head the water so clean and clear you can see the beautiful colors of all the fish and the place smell like the ocean and not chlorine

Worst booking company ever

This is the worst Booking company ever!!! I will NEVER use this company again to book anything. The agent messed up my booking and booked me for the wrong day. What was very surprising is that I asked to speak to a supervisor and there was none available they could not reach whoever it was they said they had to reach in order to get the situation rectified at 11:00 in the morning nobody was available? WHAT kind of company is this???? I had to repay another $175. I'm waiting for my money to be reimbursed to me from the first incorrect booking. The agent book me on the wrong date and it was me the consumer that had to pay for their mistake? A complete nightmare. and they couldn't straightened out. I would never recommend this company to anybody I'm going to inform my whole social media platform never to use this company so everybody will know how incompetent this company is. All I want is my money refunded and I'll never use this company again ever!!!!!
