        Amazing outdoor thermal bath - beautiful surroundings, good facilities. Could only spend 1-2 hours due to short trip but that was actually plenty.

        Lovley and warm but very expensive for basically going into a pool. Surfaces at changing are quite slippy so be careful. Lockers are good .

        The thermal pool was lovely and warm. So relaxing, could’ve stayed there all day. Great selection of pools, sauna, spa etc inside too

        A hot public pool with some debris on the bottom of the pool. Lockers semi clean. Very much a public place. Few options for food.

        Difficult entry

        The baths themselves were definitely worth a visit. Unfortunately, as other reviewers have said, they are unable to scan Viator QR codes at the entrance. This resulted in a 30 minute hassle trying to gain admission. I called Viator customer service but got no answer. Eventually the people at the gate took pity on me and let me in, but I’m not sure they would all do that. Viator did reach out later, but it was too late to be of any help. I was hesitant to book with them because of other reviews, but I thought surely they had worked it out by now.

        For what one pays to get into the thermal baths you need to allow at least 3hrs if not more. Do you could eat, drink, relax and use all the different baths.

        Most memorable was arriving and not being able to get tickets. There was some trouble between tour operator and your system. Our receipt was there but could not activate tickets. One of your guest services ladies made a couple of calls and tried to help us, but to no avail. We managed to contact operator and did get the problem rectified over an hour later. We enjoyed our much needed r & r on a beautiful after that start up😎

        Had a lovely time in the spa baths but a few things were not quite what was expected. The reception was busy with people all over the place, no real welcome or guidance as to where to go once inside. In the end we followed others to what we thought was a cabin to change. However, a rude officious man literally stood guard at the entrance barring our way. We tried to ask where the cabins were, he threw his arm up say NO, NO. YOU PAY and was rubbing his finger and thumb together. On trying to ask a question my colleague was stared at in silence for what seemed ages before he continued to talk about paying for a cabin. He was very condescending. He sent us downstairs to the open changing rooms, this was not what we were expecting. We were advised by a very nice lady to go to the shop to buy a cabin. This cost 1,000.00 forints extra. The ‘guard’ let us through once he knew we’d paid for a cabin by placing the updated bracelet against a reader. Well, I call it a cabin it was more like a cell, 2 foot by 2 foot. Made of wood, painted dark green and in a row of four or five others. Thankfully all doors had locks. This was not a great start to what we were really forward to. The Viator write up states the ticket includes your own locker or the luxury of a private changing cabin. What it doesn’t tell you is that the locker is in an open changing room and the cabins cost much extra and are only just about big enough for one person, can’t see any luxury there. However, the spa and baths themselves were great, we loved them all. Having hot sunny weather made it all the better. Such a shame about the start of our visit.

        Spa is not relaxing very commercialised staff not accommodating and had a very bad experienced using metro going to spa staff was very aggressive to tourist we always travel me and my husband first time we encountered very bad experienced asking our passports inspite showing our return tickets bought in metro highly not recommended going to Budapest sorry if you want a beautiful spa go to iceland

        Good Spa but terrible booking agent

        The baths were great but do not book with Viator. They use a third party and I was charged 86€ for two people when I could have got the tickets at the spa for 28€ each. Plus I didn't receive tickets online and had to email looking for them.. which caused me to loose nearly an hour waiting.
