Shocking staff

The boat ride was good and worth it for the cost, especially at sunset. However when I booked through viator and went to dock 42 I also had the name of the vessel, the staff claimed I had the wrong boat. I told them it says it there in plain English. He told us it was a boat down the road. We went looking for the next boat. Couldn’t find one, after a bit of arguing he miraculously found my name on the booking, with 1 min to spare

Stunning views of the city from the legendary Danube! The cruiser was comfortable and smooth. The staff were efficient, and we enjoyed travelling up and down the enormous Danube. Highly recommended trip

Rude employees and bad wine

Rude ticket scanners/employees. A woman stepped out of line because the smoke was bothering her from another couple waiting and the ticket counter decided she needed to go to the back of the line. Spoke with her on the boat and it turned out she has cancer, so she had to get away from the smoke. I thought that was awful the way she was treated. I will never spend my money with a company that treats people like that. The drinks were not good either. Ticket says prosecco and all they were serving was lemonade and some tasteless white wine. I would not recommend this tour with anyone.

There was too many people smoking on the cruise. There should be a smoking areas and nonsmoking area. Why should the nonsmokers have to have all the puffs blown in their face.

The sights of the buildings lit up at night are stunning. 1730 was a bit ealrly to leave but the lights and sights on the return trip are amazing.

It was okay. The chairs are zip tied together so you can’t separate at all from anyone else. It’s inevitable that a couple will share a table with others and this makes it strange. You’re so close. The bathrooms also close way before you get back to the dock and is pretty silly when people disembark without restrooms available.

There was no guide to tell us what we were seeing, no music....nothing!!! Boat went down river - maybe a mile, made a u turn and returned to the dock The absolute worst experience!'

Great experience, not too busy. Lovely to see everything lit up at night. Would highly recommend. Be warned - it is a bit of a walk from the city centre.

We do not issue vouchers, therefore the problems with that belongs to Tripadvisor/Viator, not us. Most of the pictures were taken on our boats, therefore you get what you see.

Very basic tour with no commentary in a run-down boat. Very average.

The boat trip was OK but nothing special. The actual boat was tired looking and there were not enough seats for everyone to be on the top deck so many were squashed at the front or back. 1 glass of bad white wine. The biggest issue i had is that there was zero commentary. So we are passing some lovely buildings lit up at night but no commentary at all. For me, i wouldn't do it again or perhaps choose another tour that is a little more informative.

So, you pay for a non-guided tour with welcome drink, receive that and complain about the lack of guidance and that the taste of the welcome drink was not according to your taste. So much about your fairness and honesty. The boat has double of the capacity that the passengers on-board, seats are taken in the order of arrival. Flexible boat - that is closed when raining or there is wind and open when the sun shines is not invented so far. Also, we do not want to force people, allowing them choice.
