We were only in the air for 10 minutes. We waited 20 for a second couple to arrive. We were driven a long route to prolong time and after a 10 minute flight by three couples, we were in the van and back at starting. Almost a waste of $.

Hello Kevin, My apologies for the time you had to wait for the rest of the group, we will work on this and make the proper arrangements so this type of delays of the guests doesn't affect the experience of other guests. The route the van took to get to the pier where the boat docks is the only way to get there without making you walk and it takes around 5 minutes accordint to the traffic 10 minutes up in the air is the normal time for all the operators that take parasailing out. What it makes us different to the other providers is that we start from the pier and not from the beach where a skiff pick up and take you to the bay wait for your turn and then change to a parasailing boat that can be a bit trikky for guests that are not very familiarized with the ocean. We like to think in our guests safety first. we hope to see you next time and amend the 20 minute delate you had.

After spending over $40 taking a car to town and back the excursion was cancelled their prices should include transport for this, they could have called ahead of time and saved us some extra money

Hello Nicole We are very sorry that your tour could not be carried out, we take the safety of our clients very seriously, sometimes the speed of the wind surprises us in a matter of minutes, I hope you understand that this is out of our hands. The harbormaster forces us to take measurements of the wind every hour, surely the closure of the activity occurred a few minutes before you arrived at our facilities, too late to have warned. We have a transportation service at an additional cost at a very reasonable price. In the event that you had chosen to use our transportation, this would also apply for a refund due to the cancellation of the tour. We hope to have you again in other activity and make amends for this bad experience.

Overall had a great time and enjoyed the views of Cabo. The company took good care of us and had a safe operation. We had scheduled for 10am, but they ran 45 min late! I would avoid using their transportation to the marina. They pick you up way too early and don’t return you to your hotel until an hour after your experience. They want you to shop the vendors and flea market at the marina. Not my cup of tea as the marina is full of people hounding you to buy their goods or schedule a tour.

We had a great time all up until the part. Nobody showed up to pick us up to bring us back into town. We waited we waited and called with no answer from the office and ended up having to walk!

Highly recommend this! Cabo Expeditions did a great job at coordinating with us. There was a last minute switch to our reservation and we got switched to a different company - however Cabo Expeditions provided transportation from our hotel and to the pickup location for the water taxi to the parasailing boat. Overall super fun and safe experience. One of the people running the activity even took pictures of us while we were up in the air!

Soooo much fun. Check in is at an office with reception, restrooms and snacks. The experience itself was amazing and I felt very safe and in good hands. From start to finish all employees were engaging and have excellent customer service. They really make sure you have a good time.

We had an amazing time. The booking was very smooth, the company was awesome to work with and the tour guide and captain were a lot of fun. We were so lucky to also get to see a whale breaching while parasailing and it was an unreal experience. The actual parasailing part was wonderful, so smooth and relaxing and I felt very safe. I would definitely recommend this company and booking with viator. This was the highlight of our vacation!

Great time. Organized and safe shuttle to our excursion. Bathrooms need some seats 🤷‍♂️, but the trip itself was perfect. Plenty of time for each person, the crew was kind and very funny. Thanks again guys!

Our parasail was canceled last minute. Excuse was too windy but there was only a light breeze. It took us forever to find the office. We were very disappointed

Hello Jimmie. As a parasailing operator, your safety goes first. Captains and harbormaster are constantly checking the wind conditions in order to prevent any accident out there if the wind speed is higher that 25 kilometer x hour the activity gets cancel. This activity takes apart in the ocean , sometimes in the limits of the bay and the wind conditions are different there. That is something we can't control, but something we can control is your safety in our tours. I'm sorry to read that it was hard to find our office usually we don't have that problem. Hope next time we can have the opportunity to take you out, you will not regret . sincerely
