You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Emanuel was such a great tour guide. He made the entire experience fun with his knowledge and humor. UTV and camel riding was such a great combo excursion. I would definitely recommend both along with the great tasting tequila.

The camel ride was an exhilarating journey through the desert sands, a majestic sway atop these resilient creatures as they carried us through the dunes. Following that, the ATV ride was an adrenaline-fueled adventure, kicking up clouds of sand as we tore through the rugged terrain, feeling the wind rush past us. And then, the tequila tasting, a sensory voyage through the heart and soul of Mexico's finest spirits, each sip a revelation of flavor and tradition. It was a day filled with unforgettable experiences, blending excitement, exploration, and the rich essence of culture.

The trip was memorable because of the camel ride and UTV combo. However, I prepaid using viator and was charged excessive fees upon arrival. We were charged facility entry fees which should have been included in the price. I also did not like that there was no organization once you arrive. People who pre-paid had to get in line with people waiting to pay in order to complete waivers. This could and should be set up SO much smoother than it was, and it causes anxiety. Having to place all belongings including fanny packs into lockers seemed to be part of a scheme in which they do not want you taking your own photos, rather relying on them to provide you photo package options to purchase for an outrageous amount of money when we already paid 218 dollars for the "adventure". Some people had their phones during the tour so this seemed to only be enforced on certain people. As a result, we left without ever being able to view or pics and having NO memories of this excursion. We had to leave because we were being rushed onto our shuttle back to the hotel. Everything else was pretty good once you got in and started the actual tour. The grounds were beautiful and provided an excellent UTV and camel ride experience with a grate balance of ocean and off roading mountain type UTV experience.

We had such a blast on our excursion! Oscar, our guide, was awesome and really made the trip fun. Riding camels by the coast was a cool experience, and the UTVs were a blast, even the basic ones they gave us. Everyone in our group had a great time. The pictures at the end cost us about $150, but they were good quality, and when you split the cost between four people, it's not too bad. Definitely recommend this excursion for a fun day out!"

We had do much fun! Our guide Olafh was very cool. We chose the private tour for an additional 150 which was worth it to me because I could use my phone at anytime, as long as I wasn't a driver for the utv. Yes, there is a $25 per person park fee and $45 minimum charge per vehicle for insurance, unless you upgrade and it's more. The tequila tasting was only the option of 2 different samples which was disappointing but overall we had an awesome experience!!

It was my first time experiencing both, the tour guide was very knowledgeable and safe. Great package to do both camel ride and UTV together, highly recommended.

The experience was fun, our guide, eddy, was super nice. It was the extra costs. $130 to go, and then they start sending you confirmations with extra costs. $25 a person to enter the park (why is this not included in the price?) and then an extra $45 to insure the UTV that I shared with my friend. On top of that we were told no cameras. You had to buy their pictures if you wanted any. Then on the tour I saw lots of people whipping out their phones.
Just really expensive for 3 hours. Just sayin!

The actual excursions it self was decent the views were beautiful but and the instructor was great, however there are a few things that won’t make me return. Once you pay for the excursions ( I booked camel ride,utv and tequila tasting) that was an all inclusive price of 110 pp. when you get to the actual excursion you have to pay and additional 25pp to enter the park and 45 per atv/utc insurance liability that is not refundable once the excursion is done or you’re required to put down a credit card down payment of $800 and is refunded to you if they deem no damage has been done to the vehicle. The most deplorable part of the excursion is they deny any access of your personal phone or camera and then charge you an additional $105 for pictures taken of you during your excursion after you’ve paid all these additional fees. Unnecessary tourist price gouging.

A lot of hidden fees. Picture are crazy expensive. The atvs don’t go fast. We got half a shot of a tequila of my choice. That’s their tasting.

Let me start by saying this company leaves out a lot of info …it’s misleading! You are forced to purchase insurance for the ATv yet the text says it’s optional,they say you get water and goggles yet we never got either. The fact that they charge for two people and only one person can enjoy the experience is crazy as well . Thank god me and my friend were able to compromise with each other.
