Crew was cool. Snorkeling was right. Lot's of fish. Eco conscious. Not loud. Family friendly. Right length. Departed on time. Less than 20 on board. Crew of 4. Did not use bathroom but it was available (one for ladies and one for guys). Drinks were available as well as water and soda. Best part was fresh sashimi for lunch, with some tuna sandwich and chips. Good balance. Fair price. Highly recommended.

This vendor had very poor customer service. The captain was not friendly. One of my group members needed help swimming back to the catamaran and the workers refused to help her.

Great tour overall. Tour Guide was pretty good (spoken English and Spanish) The snorkeling part was about 40-45 minutes long. Drinks and food were offered on the tour.

When we got to our gate to board the catamaran for snorkeling we were told the boat was broken and had been for weeks. So with much disappointment we didn’t get to snorkel . I will be calling for a refund.

My family had the most amazing time on this tour. The crew are fun, the trip is just the right amount of time and the price is well worth it. Plenty of snacks, yes snacks, this is not a lunch and they don’t advertise it as such! Drinks are great and plentiful!! Much better than drinks we have had on other similar tours. The crew was the highlight though for sure!!! Highly recommended

Fun trip. Went to Santa Maria bay - a good boat ride! Loved it. We sat at the front of the boat on the nets. Music, waves, great views. We snorkeled for about 40 minutes then they had sandwiches and snacks. Open bar after snorkeling. Note - On the way back - it was bumpy and a couple people seriously lost their cookies. So - if you are prone to motion sickness - please consider. Also - we loved the music - but it was loud - there was a wide variety - and not “radio friendly” versions. 😜

Great boat, crew and time.

Great crew, boat and time. If you have kids or aren’t a fan of loud, hard hitting, hardcore language maybe choose a different boat. However, if you’re up for an all aprons party, this is the boat to be on. Didn’t see anything crazy under water but enough to make snorkeling fun. Unfortunately, previous weather and 100’s of other snorkelers in the water made it hard to see a ton of stuff.

The crew was outstanding. They were very attentive of peoples needs. The had beer and drinks as well as a snack. While I did hear a couple complain they provided exactly what they advertised. We enjoyed the trip and would recommend it.

We went on the Princessa which left out of dock D. Check your details to know where to go. Bring towels. The crew was very nice and checked on us throughout the trip to see if we need anything. There are restrooms on the boat. Drinks and small snacks provided. No drinks until you get to designated area, like 15-30 min wait. Bring your camera, they will take photos of you and give you flashdrive (extra charge) Was a fun trip family loved it. Would go again. Booking with viator was easy, plus I like they gave us the direct number to the boat crew. We were running a bit late and I was able to call, no stress.

Lovely Boat ride, crew were nice and accommodating. The snorkeling was really bad with very few fish. The crew said it was just the case that day but I doubt it. The lunch was limited and lackluster. Drinks were plentiful but pretty weak mixed drinks. Overall I would say find another provider if it’s snorkeling you are looking for. If you just want a nice boat ride and friendly crew then go for it.

The staff was attentive to our needs. The lunch was just ok. Can tuna sandwiches ?? I don’t think so. But the equipment was good, the spot to see the fish great!! Love the music too

Not a good experience

We arrived to the dock at 12:30, our boat was suppose to leave at 1. We stood there waiting to see if anyone is collecting tickets. The lady sitting there said that she doesn't recognize our tickets. So we waited and it turned out that it was with her. Then they said the boat is not leaving until 1:30. At 1:15 the guy collecting the tickets said that our name is not on his list, but when I looked at his list it was there. The crew on the boat were not very helpful, trash was falling in the ocean, food was not good. Another couple lost their snorkeling piece and they wanted to charge them 50 dollars.

The snorkeling itself was fun, beautiful. However, two items that were worrisome and made our trip not so great: 1–When we received our life jackets and snorkels, there was no ‘safety’ check to make sure we were operating them right, or any tips or guidance on how to even snorkel or use the snorkels correctly. We were just on our own. 2–“Lunch” was one small tuna sandwich that was mostly bread, and some chips and guacamole. Also, be advised that the music and alcohol is not kid-friendly.

Enjoyable ride! Crew was nice, but it definitely wasn’t all you can eat and or drink. There was at least 35 people After snorkeling, they put out a basket of chips, salsa, guacamole and tuna sandwiches which wasn’t enough for 20.

I tried to call several times and was never sure were to go when we got off the ship. We got off the ship late due to ruff water! ( Not our fault) I was told a 10 min walk and I still never found it after walking 20 minutes and I was almost running people over. Directions was never given correctly like for Encinada. We lost our shore excursion and money we paid for Cabo. 😪 Very disappointed.....

Honestly, we believe that we do not deserve this bad rating, we were waiting for you 15 minutes after the tour started, because we knew your situation, and we always try to take special care with our guests that visit us on cruises. We contacted you by whatsapp and you told us that you would be late getting off your cruise (not our fault), we mentioned that we would wait for you for a few more minutes, but you never answered the phone and we had to leave. You mention in your review that we did not give you the correct address, but our address is so simple "marina cabo san Lucas Dock D" and it is repeated in all the steps of your reservation, we even sent you a map so you could get from your cruise to us, we told you on the phone that it is 17 minutes walk from the cruise pier, we also told you that you could take a water cab to the D dock. We hope that next time you can join us and enjoy the best catamaran in Los Cabos. Best regards

Had a great time with my adult son and husband. The snorkeling was impressive (saw something like a large trumpetfish bigger than what I have seen in many trips to Hawaii). The guac was killer after a bit of swimming. Highly recommend.
