We loved our experience from beginning to end . Only thing is I wish everything was longer but it’s worth what you are paying for. We paid $20 additional for insurance on ATV and a locker. We paid $70 USD for our pictures and videos which were a ton. It is not required Definitely recommend nit will warn you it is an all day experience

Riviera Maya Rush is amazing. We had an awesome time with them. We felt very safe and very well taken care of. Our guides were awesome. The only thing I would recommend is making sure that you either use their transportation or get correct directions. We were 2 hours late because Google maps took us to the wrong place and we ended up in the middle of the jungle with no one to help us. They do not have any signage that tells you “Maya Jungle Rush” so we drove past it multiples. Even though we were late we still got an amazing personal experience. Highly recommend with transportation.

Hard on the sales

Right when we got there, they said they'd give us 15min to browse the store, but it turned into an hour as we were waiting around for the zipline. There was 20 of us, so 60ft of zipline (4 20ish feet lines about 30ft off the ground) took an hour. Right when we got there, they said they didn't want us to bring our phones. That way they could sell us the photos for 150$ that they had their junior photographer take. The "Privilege" of locking up our phones would cost 7$ USD, not mentioned in the description. So not only could we not take our phones to record the event, we had to pay to lock them up. Then, I was told I'd need to buy some sunglasses and a bandanna for the ATV's as it gets dusty. I declined, and it really didn't get that dusty as my gf's ATV broke down every 2 minutes or so - so it made for slow going. On the upside, staff was relatively friendly (and stretched thin so I get it) and the water hole was neat. It was an experience, but not one I'd recommend. If they could concentrate on making sure you had fun, rather than trying to fleece evey last cent out of you, it'd be a much better experience.

I enjoyed it to the most. One hour drive from Cancun. Arturo and his team were awesome. ATV was fun, so did the the Zipline and Horse Ride. Highly recommend it.

It was just ok atv wasn’t what I expected it was one loop 25-30 min tops get 3 tacos which where good can’t bring phone and tequila taste was ignored if use another couple didn’t speak up on where’s our tasting but the manager was cool about it and filled in.

We had a great time and a good experience.

This was a great activity. I love that the place was small-ish so it wasn't packed with loads of tour bus people. The staff was nice, the activities were fun, and the cenote was awesome. I've done ATV and zipline and cenote before, but this was nice to have elements of different or new. ATV: my daughters got to drive. Zipline: got to go upside down. Cenote: stalactites and bats and swings and high jump in. Plan on the "gouge" as far as paying for your pictures afterwards if you want them. Or plan on not getting them. But, don't be surprised. I liked the less crowded not super polished big-time quality of the place. Hardworking folks and a win-win experience.

Everything was great from pick up to drop off. Staff was friendly and energetic, the best part was jumping in the cenote. No need for your phone to take pictures, they took care of it all. Yes it’s an additional charge to purchase the photos they take. But it’s definitely worth it, memories in a pictures/ videos. I would do it all over again. Overcome your fear of heights (like I did) during the zipline it was so much fun. Atv was a nice experience also.

If you want to ATV don't do this tour. It was only a half hour on the ATV. Also, we did not do horseback riding but we were forced to sit around and wait for another party while they completed their horseback riding tour. I was very disappointed.

Go with a different tour, false advertising.

Cenote was beautiful, however I'd advise going with a different tour to it. This one was not as advertised. We spent a lot of time waiting around. The four-wheelers were very run down and not worth the one dirt trail ride. While the salsa had good flavor the fajitas were very cold. To top it all off there was no tequila to taste until we called them out on false advertisement. Don't waste your money find a tour that will give you your money's worth.

Great half day excursion. Atv, zip lines, cenote, lunch. The tour guides were helpfull. We didnt like the no cellphones policy. They should offer cheaper pictures packages...overpriced!

The cenote is worth the swim, wspecially if you jump in even better but there is everything else A strict no camera policy so they can charge a high price for decent pictures. Drinks are way overpriced so walk with your own. The ziplines were ok but only 4 and short. DO NOT PAY FOR THE ATV INSURANCE, they say if any damages but they already have damages and they drive slow so you cant enjoy it to the fullest. LASTLY I PAID FOR TEQUILA TASTING BUT WHEN TIME FOR TEQUILA THEY SAID BAR WAS CLOSED
