Worth every single penny!

After reading reviews I was a bit skeptical..I'm sooo glad I booked! Transportation was punctual and picked us up in front of our resort. Three other groups were with us (10 ppl total). It was an hour drive from Dreams Sands. Once there we were given a quick run through of how the day would work and signed waivers. Lockers were add't $6 and insurance for ATV was $7/vehicle. Each event lasted the perfect amount of time. After everything we were served chicken fajitas! The photographer was on point! Picture package was $40 each (me and my partner) and it included 194 pics and videos. They captured everything!!!! We were asked for tips two times, was not bombarded! Recommendations: Bring bottled water Bring glasses/bandana for ATV Bring a towel Pool shoes are great idea for center Waterproof bag for Cenote *They have a convenience store but everything is over priced. ($25 for sunglasses, $6 to rent a towel) Only cons - long drive and we did not receive wine tasting!

I wish that I could give 0 stars. This place was so unorganized and unsafe from their drivers to the activities. If you’re booking this trying to save your money- just book something else, it was NOT worth it. It gave a backyard jungle gym vibes. The driver told our group 40 minutes to get to the location- it took 2 hours which cut our activity time short. The listing said we would be picked up after the excursion to get us home by 6:30, didn’t end up getting home until 9:40! We couldn’t even do horses- because we wanted to go to the cenotes and they said our time would be cut short @ cenotes if we did horses) and tequila tasting was rushed, 2 people crashed on the ATVS because of the lack of instruction for them. The activity mentioned everything would be included, but nothing was included but they push extra fees and supply charges on you the ENTIRE TRIP. And then after the whole clown show of an experience ask you to tip them and leave a good review. They didn’t even wait until everyone had left they just started counting the peoples money right in front of them. The whole trip was a joke, this company is a SCAM.

Overall great excursion for the price and multiple activities

Overall this is a great experience when you want to do multiple excursions in a day. We did the zip lining, ATV, cenote swim and horseback riding in about 4-5 hours. The zip lining and ATV excursions are in the same jungle complex where there’s a small gift shop, bathroom, lockers, bar, tequila tasting, and where lunch is served. Very easy to change clothes, collect phones, or leave someone behind who’s not doing one of the excursions. The guides recommend sunglasses and a bandana to cover your face from bugs while riding the ATV. Sunglasses are a must. The bandana is unnecessary. The horseback riding and cenote swim is a short 5 minute drive down the road. Overall the ziplines are short compared to other ziplines we did in the past. These aren’t scenic ziplines thru a Costa Rican jungle. These are backyard thru the jungle type ziplines. They will not allow cell phones or video cameras for the ATV or zipline excursions. The guides take excellent pictures and 4k videos for $85 per couple. They’ll air drop over a hundred pictures and videos to you in a few seconds while standing in the jungle. Having visited other cenotes in the Cancun area, this one is small however it’s a thrilling 20 foot jump into the water. You can also walk or rappel into the cave. It was also a warmer cenote than others we visited.

To flee!!! each activity did not last more than 5 minutes no real course, forbidden to take photos only you have to buy their photo from them who are expensive to eat it I don't even talk about it if you don't eat chicken you only eat 3 grains rice. horrible activity. insurance also paid on site for the quad and cashier also paid
Never picked us up and never responded. I will let you decide if this is a scam.

They never picked us up for our activity. We messaged them multiple times after booking and before the time of the activity and they never responded. I wish I could give 0 starts. Now we have request a refund beacuse this place seems to be a scam. Even Viator could not get in touch with them but I still have to wait for 7 days for a refund. Hopefully your experience is better than ours.
