If you are in ISLA MUJERES or COZUMEL, consider that, to be collected, you will need to cross and reach the provided meeting point. We don't do pickups on these islands. Passengers in Tulum: ​ If you're located far from downtown, our only and unique meeting point is "Super Aki Supermarket", you are responsible of find the proper transportation to reach the mentioned meeting point.     • Please be mindful of your belongings. We cannot be held responsible for items left behind on our transport vehicles or at our facilities. In the event that you recover a lost item, there will be a charge of 500 to 700 Mexican Pesos for operational expenses. This fee covers the delivery of your item to your hotel in Cancún. For other destinations, customers will need to visit our offices to retrieve their forgotten belongings. Your cooperation in safeguarding your belongings is greatly appreciated.​

    Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

    The most beautiful and perfect trip!

    Don't be late for pick up. They pick u up from hotel, but you will have to get on a bigger bus for the tours at a stop point. Bring extra peso for the tax charge, 480 pesos. On a day this this, sunny and cloudy with the perfect weather, the visit was breath taking! Never thought I would see a pink lake but wow really was that beautiful! Also, these tour guides at the las coloradas sites really know how to take pictures! Dang they knew how to work the camera for the insta! Please tip them if you can they derserve it! The boat ride ro wild flamingos and wild crocs are cool too. Again, the beautiful sunny day made everything so much more lovely!
