    We offer round transportation service from your hotel in Cancun or Riviera Maya, the pick up time will be confirmed 24 hours before the travel date, if your hotel is not listed please provide us the name of your hotel and the address to check the best meeting point or the pick up time. If your hotel is located between Playa del Carmen en Tulum, your tour doesn´t include the visit to Playa del Carmen, as this is the last place to visit and after we return no Cancun. If your hotel is located in Tulum, the Meeting point will be the Super Aki supermarket in Tulum downtown.

    I’m satisfied with this trip

    This day tour is worth its price, which provided professional driver and guider, every including and excluding cost is listed clearly. There are no additional charges without mentioning. The only improvement is punctuality. Many thanks to the kind driver and guider. Despite of my language barrier, I still had a great time with this trip.
    Beware of out of pocket expense

    Be aware of out of pocket expense. It states $33 per person additiomal, but I was charged $37 per person. And it's asked to pay by cash at the bus or get charged 5% for credit card fee.

    Hello Sintia, we appreciate your comment, most banks charge a commission for the use of their terminals, this in case customers want to pay with a credit or debit card, but to avoid paying the commission for the use of the terminal, We give the option of paying in cash, the commission for using the bank terminal is something that is out of our hands, I hope that your experience on the excursion has been to your liking and we can have you again on our excursions.

    Tutto inizia con pagare 32euro circa pp. Prezzo interessante in relazione al programma. Ma appena sul bus la guida chiede altri 40euro pp per "Tassa e servizio Coba $ 760 pesos messicani a persona". Di quali "servizi" si tratti non è chiaro. Posso dire al contrario di avere pagato le biciclette per potere vedere qualcosa del parco di Coba nel tempo di un'ora a disposizione. Inoltre con il pagamento con carta c'è un supplemento dell'8% (in nessun ristorante o negozio mi è stata chiesta una commissione per i pagamenti con carta!!!) Infine altri costi per uso giubbotti salvagente al cenote. Fatta la somma a mio parere il tour non giustifica una spesa così eccessiva. L' "autentico villaggio Maya" è un grande negozio di souvenir con prezzi superiori a quelli di Cancun. Non lo consiglio
