Pick up of travelers is included. Transportation included from hotels in Cancun and Riviera Maya. If your hotel is located outside the pick up area, a central meeting point will be recommended at the time of reconfirmation. If you are staying in Tulum, Cozumel or Isla Mujeres, you will be picked up at a meeting point. If your hotel is not on the list, please leave us a note with the name of your hotel to set up a pickup time.   • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

We enjoyed the tacos and tequila tasting was good didn't enjoy the ATV they nickel an dimed you for everything you had to pay for a locker which wasn't disclosed up front couldnt bring your cell phone would never do this excursion again

Very very fun ! Highly recommend! If you plan on coming to Cancun I suggest booking this excursion just be prepared for an all day adventure

Many addons we had to pay Atv driving time was barely 20min but 50 min advertised Seatbelts not safe on van transport…

This was the worst experience ever. They were unorganized and rude when you questioned their “rules”. The booking says 4 hrs but it took all day because of lack of organization and no respect for time. While the booking was affordable it, there’s a big money making ploy- the booking doesn’t say anything about bags not allowed on ATV or other activities but when you get there they force you to pay for a locker and leave your stuff. I refused because I had my epipen and at some point they ran out of locker space and everybody else brought their bags. I hate the dishonesty about it, I get that you have to make money but be upfront do not hide behind a dumb rule you can’t even uphold. We started at 1pm and at 7:04 we were still on the site. Hated the whole day.

This is probably my favorite tour of the whole trip! Tiny allowed us to have fun and be free with the 4 wheelers, while still staying safe. The fajitas were PHENOMENAL!!! And the ziplines were great too! When I come back, I’m doing it again! Cnt go wrong with this tour!

When you book, make sure you ask for the pickup time because it is not included in the description. My wife and I missed out because we were eating breakfast at the time of pickup. Also the hotel had no record of them coming to pick us up so who knows if they actually came

Accueil très sympathique. Mais l’activité qui devait durer 4h c’est déroulé en moins d’une heure trente de l’arrivé au départ … le tour de vtt ne dure que quelques minutes et il y a de bien plus belle zip line à faire dans cette région
