What To Expect

Tick off the best beach activities on this group combo tour in Puerto Morales. You’ll have all the fun, including snorkeling, riding ATVs, flying through the sky on ziplines, enjoying a delicious Mayan lunch, and also taking a dip in one of the region's impressive cenotes.

Start in the national reef park, cruising on a new boat out to the reef. Swim with loads of fish, using provided snorkel equipment and life jackets-no need to bring those yourself.

After your swim, enjoy a meal at a private beach club to keep you fueled up for more activities. Then head into the jungle to ride ATVs, keeping your eyes out for all sorts of local wildlife. Later, zip through the treetops on a series of safe and strong ziplines.

Your final activity is jumping like Tarzan into a Mayan cenote, or if that’s a bit much, enter more delicately down the ladder.

Before returning to your hotel, feast on a Mayan lunch in a local restaurant.

Highly recommend this for everyone!. Food was good!, guides were professional, fun, and helpful. They go out of the way to accommodate and overcome your fears. Even though the day is long, you don´t feel it because you are going from one thing to another. Tequila tasting was fun as well. Shout out to to O (Osvaldo) who is the greatest guide of all!

Although we had some issues to start because Viator made some mistakes when communicating with the company about the package we purchased . The company was able to contact Viator to ensure the situation was rectified and we truly had the best time . We were picked up from tulum , we did have to go to a meeting spot but it was only a few mins from our hotel so that wasn’t a problem. Alexis was our guide to start off and he was super fun , kind and made our experience worth it ! The ATVS were fun , you do have to drive in a single line but you are able to give space to one another so you can go at ur own pace . The cenote was beautiful although I wish we were able to spend more time there it was still enjoyable . They try to time everything so you can spend a good amount of time at each activity however it also depends on how fast ur group is moving , etc . The zip lining was exhilarating , and the guides ensure everything is on properly and you feel safe and secure . They also provided food and drinks as advertised however they also have other things for purchase. We were also honored to meet a true Mayan native who spoke the native tongue, she gave us a History lesson as well as made homemade corn tortillas filled with meat for use to try . Finally we went on our snorkeling excursion and our Guide Raphael was truly amazing . He was so knowledgeable about the coral reef as well as so passionate about the mission going into preserving the reefs . This experience overall was a 9.5/10 like I said we had issues to start however everything flowed seamlessly at the end ❤️ Overall 10/10 recommend

The ATV, zip line & cenote was super fun. Transport was prompt. Lunch was great. The snorkeling is apparently through a separate company that never showed up. The company called while we were at the ATV, zip line & cenote park and said they will pick us up tomorrow b/c the port was closed. Unfortunately, we had flights out the the next day. Just keep in mind, this “combo” excursion is actually through 2 separate companies.

This booking exceeded expectations by far. Our guide, Monalisa, at the park was so awesome and took care of us. The entire experience is so well-run and everything was very punctual for a large group which is so hard to achieve. These folks work very hard so please RESPECT THEM and don’t bring your entitled tourist attitude with you. The ATV’s were so much, ziplines and the park is beautiful. TIP the workers. The snorkeling, guided by Alberto, was excellent! They really focus on preserving the reefs. Excellent!

Great package, skip out on the VIP experience

Snorkeling was super fun. Our guides were engaging and really helpful. Shoutout to Miguel Angel, our snorkeling guide, he was great! The zip-line and ATV’s were fun. The ATV course felt a little short, we wish it was longer. The zip-line course was fun. We were sold on a “VIP” experience with a private cenote which included unlimited food and drinks. The food was not what was pictured on their promotional ad and wasn’t the best. The private cenote felt rushed and we were not there very long to really enjoy swimming, eating and the “unlimited” drinks. Our guides were awesome though, shoutout to Andrew! If we were to do it again, we would skip out on the “VIP” package. It felt rushed and for us not worth it.

Eddie, Mike aka Mr. Tequila we called him because he’s so fun and knowledgeable and the whole crew were super helpful and so friendly while instructing us and guiding us in and out of the water! The bus came to our hotel on time and the driver came to the front desk to confirm our package/ pick up. We arrived on time and had a good amount of time to snorkel and the coral read was gorgeous! We only paid about $35 for the photos of myself and the coral reef and it was worth it.

John and Flacko where excellent during our ATV and zipline. They made the experience so much fun! Mike took us on the snorkeling trip and it was very informative. The staff in general is very kind and helpful. We booked the super extreme trip (snorkeling, atv & zipline) included was a late lunch and you’re able to upgrade to boogies and VIP w a semi private tequila tasting and cenote. VERY MUCH WORTH IT !

Once we got to the locations the tour guides were great. The problem was your reservation person. He made us go back and forth with the pick up. He didn't explain you needed a room number to pick us up at the lobby of the hotel. He was not very good at this. Very confusing. He was late. But he accused us of not being there at the pick up point. It was very disappointing.

We had so much fun! Snorkeling was beautiful, lunch was ok, ATVs are always fun, ziplining was exciting, and the Cenote was refreshing. The only downside was a lot of waiting, but otherwise a great excursion.

Great tour guides, overall disappointing

We did the full package including snorkeling. The activity states you start in the morning with snorkeling but this was not the case so we were very confused most of the day as no guidance was given otherwise that the tour would operate in a different order. After about 3 hours in a car we sat at the site for a while waiting on a guide to be assigned to our group. The tour guides themselves are super high energy and ease some of the anxiety from the tour groups extreme disorganization. We started with the cenote where we were given 25 minutes which basically equated to jumping into the cenote twice. Rushed onto zip lines then ATVs. The ATVs are super old and not maintained and a LOT of heat goes directly onto your legs from the engine. The ATV track is literally two loops on a rocky paved path. The zip line goes above their restaurant. Again about 25 minutes per activity. There is a photographer the entire time who offers the packages for $69 for those activities and when we didn’t buy them we got harrassed asking why we wouldn’t buy the photos. Snorkeling came after. There was little to no direction so we were pretty confused as to where to go and when. We drove back to Puerto Morelos got on the boat and we’re told we’d have 80 minutes to snorkel but we had to follow a guide the entire time in a single line and the group was way too big for it to be enjoyable. They also let people who didn’t know how to swim join the activity which made little sense when the activity says you need to be a strong swimmer. They also refused to let a go pro into the water when we had a strap to attach it even though they recommend to bring a waterproof camera. Again, a photographer was offering another $69 package of photos just from the snorkeling part. Felt very much as discouraging your own camera to get money for photos. The entire trip in total felt like the activities were super rushed. We were ushered back to the site where we sat in a van for an hour before being driven back to our hotel….at 8pm. You spend more time in a car than activities and the remaining time you are constantly haggled for tips and buying photos or add-ons that make it hard to enjoy.

ATV Combo! Worth it!!

We were picked up on time, but had other pick ups at other hotels. Arrived at location about 1.5 hrs after pickup. Snorkeling was canceled because of the weather., But we got tequila tasting and upgraded to Cenote VIP due to the cancelation!! Drove around the city to get to the jungle. Zip lining was first. We had a ball. 3 levels, difficulty-NONE. ATVs on Highly dangerous grounds-SO FUN!!! Be careful. You will pay for damages. Then a long drive thru the jungle- kinda scary and movie like.... quick walk thru the jungle to get to the Cenote area. VIP IS A MUST!! Unlimited tacos, tequila tasting- unlimited! And over 1.5 hrs at the center. We as a couple purchased 102 great pictures at the end for 69 dollars. SO worth it! You need bathing suit. And 2nd outfit is optional. Shout out to Andres, Andrea! Made us comfortable, and the experience funner that it already was. Will do again!!!! Recommended great 6-8 hour day!
