If your hotel is not listed, means you need to go for a special meeting point, please let us know in which hotel are you gonna stay so a representative of our company can contact you to indicate the meeting point and pick up time. This service has two different schedules, the first one is for a morning tour and the pick up for Cancun is between 7:30 am to 8:30 am, for Playa del Carmen is between 7:00 to 8:50 and the second is for a noon tour and the pick up for Cancun is between 11:30 am to 12:30 pm and for Playa del Carmen is between 11:00 am to 12:55 pm. The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact schedule via mail or via text message. The activity starts at 9:30 and 13:30. In case you select a different zone than the one your hotel is located in, your reservation will be edited with the correct zone through the booking engine.
What To Expect
Begin your day of adventure with hotel or meeting point pickup in Cancun and Playa del Carmen for the transfer via air-conditioned vehicle to the ATV departure point. Once you’ve arrived, strap on your helmet and hop on your ATV as the driver or a passenger for a trail ride through the jungle to a natural cenote, where you’ll stop for a swim.
After about 25 minutes of free time, set off with the ATV for the zipline course, where you’ll get fitted with your safety harness and fly through the treetops. End with a tequila tasting and guided walk to learn about Mayan history and culture before a taco snack and return transfer to the meeting point.

I loved all the activities here!!! Very fun and action packed! The cenote was beautiful and fun to zipline into, and the atv through the jungle was so exciting and amazing! I highly recommend this day trip!

Loved the Cenote and AtVs and tequila tasting. Alan was amazing !! Very informative and patient. Fire dancers and entertainment was awesome. Very welcoming staff. I will say zipline staff needs to have a little more patience some people have height fears and want to overcome them but if they are being forced or rush it can make the experience traumatizing. Other than that everything else was awesome !!!

It’s a massive tourist gathering. Everything is about selling ads ons. The zip wire is 4 short lines. The ATV is along a dirt track and back which we did at about 2mph, and my vehicle (and several others) broke 3 times along the route. Cenote was good! Overall this is a really touristy experience.

The people were SO NICE at the facility so I feel bad not recommending it, but it was not really what we expected. The ATV ride was basically riding on a straight road through the jungle and looping back and riding the same trail 3 times. The zip line was nice and we liked the interactive bridges added in. The cenote was beautiful, but it was tiny and could really only accommodate a few people. Luckily, we upgraded to the VIP package (which doubled our price) but it made our group size nice and small.

The experience was really nice overall. They upsold us on the gold packaging which was $80 USD per person which I was kind of upset about because what did I pay $138 for if it couldn’t be used towards my balance. Anyways we paid for it and we really enjoyed the Tequila tasting and Cenote Swim part of the excursion. Our guide was absolutely amazing and super fun! We made some friends during our private tour of 10 people only so I would say money well spent! I would recommend this tour!

The company picked us us promptly at our hotel and drove us to the experience. The check in process was very simple, give your name and then your are moved along to the next station. We had some time to use the restroom before beginning the adventure. Our cenote swim was very nice. It was about 20 people in the group, so not overly crowded. There was a zip line over the water and a 10 ft platform to jump off of into the water. Shower facilities are provided at the cenote and limited lockers are available. We then did zip lining. 3 ziplines and 1 swinging bridge. They we over the top of the facilities. Good length of zips for those who may be scared of heights. You are clipped in the entire time, so I never felt unsafe. Finally, we went to the ATV ride. Most were on a 4 wheeler. Our group had half experienced and half new riders. The new riders had a lot of fun for their first time on an ATV. The others wanted to go a bit faster, but for safety, we had to keep it under control. We had an out and back track of mostly rocky terrain and gravel roads with some mud pits to sneak off into if you wanted to do some splashing. Finally, we were fed a couple tacos to wrap up the trip, which were very good. Now for my issues: be prepared to be asked to tip at every station, from the driver picking you up to your tour guide. I am not opposed to tipping for the good service and fun time I had, but it was asked of us several times. Also, there will be add ons getting pushed on you. Add on to the gold package for a different swim, more zips and an additional taco. Add on for gloves, face masks, goggles, etc for the ATV rides. Add on for the pictures of the adventure. You will be add on bombarded. We had fun sticking to the initial details of the trip with no add ons and if that is your goal, do it, you'll enjoy the trip.

Zip lining and ATV was really fun, tequila tasting was interesting but wished we spent more time on fun activities instead. Then we went to cenote we didnt jump in, it was surprisingly very short, it felt like we were there for 10mins. We just chilled and relaxed. “Lunch” was just 2 small tacos. Everything there is pricey, I understand it’s a touristy spot but like damm pricey.

First we went to the cenot. We've been to a few before but this one we didn't like. It was small and the water looked dirty. They had a Zipline and a few people seemed to enjoy jumping in the water. I passed on this one. Next was the Tequila tasting. We don't drink so we sat around until they finished. They spent more time on this event than any other. It would have been nice if they at least offered us a bottle of water while we just sat around on the other side of the room. Next we went ziplining. It was our first time and we had a lot of fun. The attendants helped me and made sure I felt comfortable and safe. Thank you guys. This was the highlight of the trip. Then we went riding our ATV's. We rode for about 30 minutes but we had a lot of fun. We then went to eat lunch. We had the basic package that cost $69.00 USD per person. They gave us 2 small tacos and a bottle of water. It was just ok. We then had a show of a flame swallowing Aztec warrior. That was really a nice touch. Overall it was a very nice experience.
++ The ATVs are in desperate need of maintenance. I would high First ziplining than cenote and ATV. I read a lot of the reviews and can honestly say I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. Which I truly appreciated. As for the photos, they were nice but RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE. $95 USD PP OR one picture for $25 USD. That is insane. They'd sell a lot more if the dropped the price to something reasonable. $25-30 usd. After all they're digital copies. With the amount of money you charge and the number of people who attend your event, spend money on your investments. You have a gold mine there but if you don't take care of your equipment you won't last very long. You have too much competition.
