We offer round transportation service from hotels in Cancun and Riviera Maya, we will contact you 24 hours before the travel date to inform you about the pick up time. For people located in Puerto Aventuras, the meeting point will be at the Chedrahui Puerto Aventuras store. For people located in Tulum, the meeting point will be at the Super AKI TULUM store. Pickup starts 1 hour before departure time.

Trip sucked. Changed our pickup time the night before resulting in our entire group (minus us) missing the bus. Entire tour was in Spanish. If you speak English, don’t waste your time. Also, the guide provided zero historical or factual information about how the sites we visited. I’ve been on multiple tours through Viator, several specifically to Chichen Itza and this was by far the worst tour I’ve ever been on. The cenotes were also NOT the ones listed/advertised in the listing. They also try to pickup and drop off from FAR too many locations in different cities. Excursion took 17 hours and half of it is picking up and dropping people off. There are a lot of FAR better options than this tour. It straight up sucks.

They never showed up or canceled with us. We waited for 1.5 hrs before giving up. Then they never responded to my multiple emails.

Our tour guy Eloy is very professional. We learned a lot Maya cultural during the trip. We are impressed with the Chichen Itza and Suytun Cenote! Took a lot amazing pictures!
Beware of the tour guide trying to rip you off for more money!!!!

The beginning of the tour started great, pickup was on time. When we all transferred on the big bus is when things got uncomfortable. We have done many tours all around the world so we knew what we were getting into going on a tour, feeling rushed etc. the part I have never experienced was when the tour guide tried to get more money from us. I booked six adults four of us are American citizens the other two are Mexican citizens. I paid $120 Us for each of us. The guide came to us on the bus telling me I owe them money since we have to Mexican citizens in our reservation . I got embarrassed and irritated because them being Mexican citizens they actually pay less, but I paid for them as if they were American. The way he harassed us to pay him more money in front of everyone was so embarrassing and made us feel really uncomfortable. I have never experienced this from a tour company before. So if you have different citizenships I would be aware that the tour guides will try to rip you off or pressure you for more money. Beware!!! The service from these guides was below what is actually expected, we said hi to the bus driver with no response multiple times. Other than that the tour is exactly that, rushed from place to place with long times in the bus. They ended up dropping us off on the Main Street of our hotel not even in our hotel just on the main hotel zone of our street. No goodbye just rushed off into the street.

It definitely was a long tour! It’s something that everyone will enjoy. Seeing Chichen Itza was very surreal. Being able to visit 2 cenotes was something other tours didn’t offer. The tour bus was comfortable and it was always cool when we came back on. Do pack a bathing suit and bring a towel for the cenote visits if you plan on swimming. Also keep in mind of the time, don’t be that person that holds up the tour because you’re late coming back to the bus. Overall a fantastic tour and informative. Don’t forget to pack sunscreen and a hat! At the end of the tour, the bus will drop you off at your hotel / place of pick up.

El mejor consejo que les puedo dar es que tomen esta experiencia con OTRA AGENCIA. Cuando llegamos al bus se nos informó que debíamos pagar 850 pesos Mexicanos adicionales por persona, lo cual se hace excesivo, ya que a través de la página ya se había cancelado un valor. La publicación en Viator es de un simple intermediario, porque quienes nos recogen para realizar el tour corresponden a otra agencia, y cobran el valor total. Al contratar por viator se está pagando dos veces el tour. Ahora, respecto al tour d embarra puntual, indican que recogerán en el hotel a las 7:00 am, pero en realidad llegaron a las 8:30 am, una hora y media después. El tiempo en Valladolid es solo de 15 minutos y no se conoce mucho. El tiempo en Chichén Itza es corto pero sustancioso, y el nado en el cenote no vale la pena, porque únicamente alcanzas a entrar y de inmediato te dicen que debes salir. Otro consejo, al iniciar el tour les ofrecerán la experiencia de bebidas incluidas, desaprovéchenla, porque no justifica lo que vale. Les aconsejo busquen otra agencia para realizar el tour, ya que con la aquí ofertada lo estarían pagando 2 veces
