Loved this food tour! Mecerdes was knowledgeable and so personable. We were stuffed by the time it was over! The food was delicious and plentiful. We took the 10:30 am tour, nothing was too crowded and the tour served as brunch. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to get a taste of authentic Colombian street food!

This tour is a great crash course in the many flavours of Colombia! Our guide Alvaro was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a bit chaotic in the beginning - multiple groups meet in the same spot at the same time - but things went very smoothly once we found the right guide.

Legacy, the tour guide, is the best! He's very knowledgeable of the food and history, funny and interactive. The food tasted real good. The portions were surprisingly filling, so come with an empty stomach. Make sure you take all of their recommendations as far as adding sauces or if there is an option of foods. So glad I did this tour. Will probably do it again if I visit Cartagena again.

I had such an amazing time. Every single dish we tried was phenomenal, the area we toured was beautiful and our tour guide, Alvaro, was exceptional - very knowledgeable and fun! I wish I could do it all over again! One tip - come HUNGRY. There’s plenty of food you try so it’s basically like eating a big meal.

Tour was super fun. It was great to learn about and taste street food in Cartagena, very different from what one would find in a restaurant setting. It was a great experience and all the food was delish. Mercedes was super charming and funny, and her entire team made the tour an amazing experience. Pro tip: come hungry, there's lots to try!

Husband and I did this tour. We really enjoyed it. So much food! Way more than what we were excepting. Come hungry. All the food was good. Your guide was easily understandable and did a great job explaining. Also enjoyed that the people trying to sell things would leave you alone since you’re on the tour with a guide.

We had a fabulous time on our tour. Legacy was incredible and gave us so much history and background information as we were completing the tour. Make sure you come hungry. By the time the tour ended, we were stuffed and grateful that we hadn’t eaten before.

Friendly guide, who gave a great overview of history, culture, and the background of the foods we tried. All the food was tasty, and was a nice mix of food types. Be sure to bring a hat and/or water…it was warm during the tour…but we did take plenty of rest stops.

First of all, Karen is the best! She was very knowledgeable and made the walk so much fun! She also gave a lot of tips after the tour which helped us for the rest of our stay in Cartagena. This tour offers A LOT of food, so come hungry. It was so much fun to try so many different types of traditional food. Highly recommend this tour!

Alvaro our guide was amazing. He balanced info about local food with some basic history of Colombia and Cartagena. He had a positive energy but not over the top like many guides. The tour was well planned with walking/sitting being balanced. I would recommend both Alvaro and this company.
