A fabulous day made special by the wonderful tour guide Idrissi and driver Zouhair. From the start it was clear that Idrissi had a deep love and knowledge of Fez. We started the tour with the Kings Palace where you also saw the wonderful tree lined avenue and then moved into the plethora of alleyways. Idrissi showed us the ongoing restoration work to the beautiful balconies, the artisans and street sellers. The tour included visits to the Jewish quarter, an artisan pottery, a tannery cooperative, wool dying, and synagogue. The lunch was in a Riad in the old Medina and what a special lunch it was. On my birthday Idrissi had arranged for a special cake for me. So kind and considerate - just like Idrissi was all throughout the tour. Walking the streets of Fez with Idrissi made us feel part of this beautiful city. A fabulous tour.and highly recommended.

Fes is Must Visit

Idrissi was the best tour guide. It helps when the guide actually is from the city of a tour. He was accommodating and shared a wealth of knowledge about Fes. Watching how the mosaics/ceramics are made and how the leather is made was such a treat. Plus many more things to see in the oldest city in Moroco! Hamza was a great driver. He provided water and wet wipes. He got us there and back safe and sound

A historical place worth one day visit

Fez is worth a one-day visit. I will say, the whole country clearly has a good marketing scam going on, it is really underwhelming. Worth maybe 3-4 days' visit if you want to see a few cities, but don's stay longer, there isn't much to do. Fez is very historic and well-preserved. Out of the 4 cities we've seen, Fez is the most impressive, with the largest and most complex and old medina, lots of historical landmarks, school, library, etc. Our guide was knowledgeable but overall people in Morocco don't speak English well, so be prepared for that. If you are sensitive to smells, request to skip tannery, the sights and smells were just horrendous. Also, be prepared that wherever you go, you will be asked to buy something (and not gently). The guide took us to a carpet shop, an argile oil shop, a jewelry shop, a leather shop - in each of these places, they tried to sell us things very aggressively.

Overall the city tour was very good but a long day (14hrs. 8 in the car) There were a few stops that could be removed (wood museum and the blue gate) but the personal stops with local experts was a plus. You definitely need a guide to get you through the old city as it is very complex made of many dark small narrow passageways. Lunch was OK nothing special but we did have to pay for our Cokes. The description indicates water, sweets etc are provided- there was nothing although there was a cooler it was empty. The driver did stop (apparently by law he had to rest every 2 hrs) if you wanted to purchase anything during the journey. So in the end they did not provide everything listed in the offer. Fez was an interesting city worth visiting

This was the absolute best trip we took in Morocco. Idrissi is an awesome and knowledgeable tour guide ever! He is from Fez and you can tell he loves his city and people. We had Youssef as our driver and he was just amazing.

We enjoyed being able to see the highlights of fes. They pack a lot into the day trip. our guide was Idrissi, he was very knowledgeable as he grew up in fes. The ride is long and our driver sabri was awesome he stopped on the way there and again coming back to Casablanca.

Memorable Fez Tour

We were a party of 2 females. We were collected on time at our hotel in a luxurious transport vehicle with 1 other passenger. The drive was around 3 1/2 hours. Fez is a beautiful medieval city and a World Unesco site. Idriss, our tour guide was very informative, having born and grown up in the medina. We enjoyed walking through the medina, although it was very quick. Idris would stop if we wanted to purchase something. Saw the tomb of Moulay Idriss II the founder of Fez. Visited the site where the Saint lay. We were driven to see the Palace of the King of Morocco from the outer gates. Visited a fort. Lunch was very good, and our group of 3 were able to order a bottle of wine. Visited carpet, leather and ceramic factories and learnt how these items were made. I love Fez and would recommend staying here and visiting the big cities from this side. Fez is so much closer to the Blue City. Thanks to our driver Mohammed, who was quite pleasant and accommodating. He also made sure we had water to take home with us. There was a mix-up with packages bought, and the tour company went out of their way to get them to the respective individuals after 11 in the night, as both parties were leaving in the morning. Well done, guys! I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone staying in Cassablanca, it gives you all you need to know about Fez in style, comfort and knowledge. Thank you gentlemen!

Great Experience

Our driver Rida was right on time picking us up from our Casablanca hotel, in a very comfortable and clean van for our private tour to Fez. In Fez we met our guide Idrissi who was very knowledgeable. He explained history, took us to great photo points and guided us through the Medinas. I also happened to have a bit of a stomach bug from food poisoning and Idrissi offered to take me to a pharmacy if needed and made sure the pace was comfortable for me! Very kind man! It was a great experience overall, and one I’d recommend. If I had to find a downside, which seemed to be the case for all my tours in Morocco, just be ready for formal, and a tad bit aggressive sales presentations throughout the tour. On the plus side, the vendors for the presentations in Fez were less insistent than others throughout Morocco.

Fantastic Fez day trip from Casablanca

We had a great tour in Fez with a superb guide, Idrissi. He is knowledgeable, experienced and caring. The lunch included in the tour was in a cozy and beautiful Moroccan atrium. The food was good. We had only 4 travelers in the group although the maximum is 15. Thanks to the tour operator “Premium Transfers…” who had also contacted us by WhatsApp soon after our bookings.

Driver Youssef was excellent. His driving was very good and I felt safe on the roads since they really drive crazy in Morocco. He was always in a good mood and ready to assist. I did 3 tours with this company and they are good. When booking trips and logistics, they are very quick to respond. I had the same driver, Arab, for two of the trips and he was fantastic. He was great at pointing things out along the way and answering the questions I had. The drives were long, and Arab made them enjoyable. On one of the tours, I had to pay for two tickets since no one else booked which wasn’t great.
