Ussain was a wonderful guide, and Medhi was a great driver. The places they showed us were so interesting. Ussain was born and raised in Rabat, so he was a perfect guide! He helped our friend who has mobility problems up and down stairs. She thoroughly appreciated it. As did I. They gave us a tour of the new “old Casablanca “ then took us to a great traditional Moroccan restaurant for lunch. We all thoroughly enjoyed the tagine!!! We would do it all again, with Ussain and Medhi!!!

The guides were really really good but the tour company did a bait and switch. We thought we had a small group tour but we were merged with an entire bus at the mosque. We started 1.5 hours late (stuck waiting in the van). Casablanca stops except the mosque were pointless esp. Rick's Cafe (closed) and the driving tour of Casablanca (nothing of note to learn or see). No market tour. Rabat is much more interesting but we were so so rushed no one enjoyed the afternoon. We were all too worried about missing the cruise (and it was close). Lunch was tourist fare and took the precious time we had in Rabat. We love Moroccan food but this was not it. Hugely disappointing. Both tour guides, however, were EXCELLENT!!

Pleasant ride and our guide/driver is very well verse in English & knowledgeable. Went to most to Hassan mosque and the guide was really nice with lots of sense of humor which makes the experience memorable.

Tour is very expensive for what you get. We booked for 2 people, but had understood we would tour in a private van, instead a sedan was sent. We likely would have paid less for the sedan, we wanted the larger vehicle for better comfort. The tour of the mosque was very long (almost 1.5 hours) and it requires a lot of standing. The guide at the mosque did not read the audience well and spent too much time on insignificant matters, which left little time for questions. Given the time spent at the mosque, the rest of the tour felt rushed and time in Rabat was short. The lunch restaurant was very dirty inside, floors needed cleaning, food was ok, but I suspect there are better restuarants. Our tour driver/guide was great and very knowledgeable, although we felt he pushed us too much to buy things from a market stahl vendor, coffee shop and then a carpet merchant. It was the stop at the carpet merchant that left us with a very bad impression of the tour company and Viator. We were taken to a carpet merchant (at the urging of our guide, but we willingly agreed to go) and then we were shown a series carpets. The merchant then started very high pressure sales conduct trying to get us to purchase rugs for amounts ranging from USD4,000 for a hallway runner to more than 10,000 USD for a larger carpet. These are outrageous prices and we quickly left, but felt very uncomfortable with that interaction.
Trip overall was average, and folks taking the tour should absolutely decline the stop at the carpet merchant.

Drivers in Morocco are scary dangerous. Our mini bus driver was skilful and very calming for his passengers.
We toured the Grand Mosque, food markets & Rabat. What a diverse & exciting Country.
Wheelchair access was good everywhere except at the local Rug merchant, which was not a major disappointment!!! One rug was sold to our group.
Great day tour, thoroughly recommended for Cruise ship tourists.

Zuhair was a great driver and guide with a wealth of experience in the business both in Morroco and the US. We covered the highlights of both cities in the comfort of a luxury sedan with a delicious river view lunch in Rabat. This was an ideal way to make a cruise ship stop.
