It was a little difficult finding the person we were supposed to meet, but once we found her it was great! She had a sign with my name (I just missed it in the airport chaos) The driver was great! Everyone was very personable and nice. The driver also played some good music on the way to the hotel!

Very easy to find the guide and even though our scheduled time was later, we were able to be accommodated on an earlier transfer. Both the agent and the driver were quite pleasant and professional and spoke English well. Will use this service again next time we are in Cozumel.

It’s a little confusing when you arrive at Cozumel, as there is a lot of transportation stuff going on, but the people out front were super friendly and helpful. This company was easy to work with and answered questions through the app promptly.

Easy and fast. So Many people are trying to get you to do a timeshare. This shuttle is friendly, efficient and fast. Love it. I had 4 kids with me.

Our airline lost our luggage which caused a long delay(90 minutes )in exiting the airport. Viator waited for us and got us to our resort as promised. Service like that is very rare these days and speaks volumes about their commitment to customer service.

This company was confused from very first contact. I booked for four of us and gave arrival time at airport. Airport to hotel Presidente went ok; ten folks in van, but the four of us were first out. We booked a noon pickup for the four of us on the return which I confirmed the morning we were leaving. They sent a mid-sized sedan and the driver said it was for only two persons. After he discussed it with his company, we piled in holding our luggage in our laps. Not a pleasant trip.

Our flight ended up being delayed 3 hours heading home, the last minute I switched to an early flight and needed to be picked up within the hour. I called and immediately got a response and within 15 minutes someone was heading my direction to pick me up.

Our shuttle was taking to long to fill so they put us in a taxi which we shared with another couple. They got by cheaper with the taxi than we did with viator. At least we didn't have to wait forever for our ride. Guess you will be out here Tuesday to take us back to the airport.

Our flight arrived very late and we were tired. They were right there outside the airport holding a sign with my name on it. From there I could just stop having to think about where to go next and let them take over. They loaded our bags and took us to the hotel. The van was comfortable and the driver got us there quickly and safely.
