Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

The most memorable was the excellent massage….30 minutes was amazing….Only complaint was the massage was given 10’ off a busy sidewalk & congested area very noisy that’s why I went with 4/5 review food good drink as well…I’ll add this is very large experience with hundreds perhaps a 1000 people so if crowds aren’t your thing Mr Sanchos probably isn’t for you

Everyone was very friendly. The food was very good. All the drinks were good. Bartenders wrote nice things on our cups and they remembered our name and called us by our 1st name. This made the experience very personal. My husband and I were there with my 2 daughters and son in laws along with other family and friends. The massage was very nice and relaxing

Loved this package! The massage was wonderful, the beach was beautiful, the food was great. It was like a huge party! I wanted service like on our ship and I got it!! Pop’s and Cash our servers were so attentive and helpful and made sure we were taken care of. Definitely would come again! It was so worth it!!

We had a great today at Mr. Sancho’s. We started the day with a 30 min relaxing massage and the. Enjoyed excel service from Manual “Tabasco” and team! The Ceviche was delicious and so were the drinks! Grab a reservation for a cabana if you can…it’s worth it!!!

We booked Mr. Sanchos with a cabana. It was large and well covered. Table nearby for our kids to join us as well. Food was good. Beach was not too crowded. Service was a little slow but responsive. Would recommend to anyone looking for a day away especially from a cruise.
