Arriving at the Cozumel ferry terminal from playa del carmen please exit and walk to the right side 50 meters away you will see the statue of two eagles and one with a flag pole , there Paulina will be there to welcome you with the cozumel snorkel center t-shirt.

We can make pick up at the hotels piers mentioned above, you only have to pay the pier tax directly at your hotel, our departure is at 10 am leaving from the marina of caleta, the route to these hotels are after 10 am, we can arrive in 15 to 45 minutes depending on the distance from the hotel. Note: The locations we have available at the hotel docks are for the use of the guests of the above-mentioned hotels only, for meeting places for other customers select We have a meeting point in downtown Cozumel at the side of the ferry terminal where the esplanade with the flagpole with two eagles on one side is located. Paulina will be there to welcome you and identify you with the Cozumel Snorkel Center logo. To our clients arriving by cruise ship from the S.S.A and Puerta Maya terminals please take a cab and arrive directly to The meeting point in Downtown Alex, Gris Paulina or mike will be there to greet you we will depart from there .

This experience was so worth every penny. Our tour guides were a lot of fun and made sure we were doing everything safely. Seeing the marine life was incredible. And they were so good at making sure they got good pictures of you and everyone. After the tour they docked the boat and we got to hangout and swim around for a while and they made us fresh ceviche and gave us some beers . It was a great time. I definitely recommend to anyone interested in going

Swimming and playing with the stingrays was amazing. Fernando was so knowledgeable and Capitan Gema was great fun on the trip. We had such a fantastic trip, thank you.

Turtles and sting rays were great! Food and drinks at the end was a very nice touch. I was glad that I brought my own flippers/fins as they were not provided on this trip.

The weather was wonderful, so going into this review I'd like to say we couldn't have asked for a nicer day. That being said, the team made an already perfect day into something truly special. We felt welcomed, safe, and accommodated. The atmosphere felt friendly and professional with a air of excitement not far between the almost unreal blue surface.
First the boat. I couldn't imagine doing a tour on a normal boat after experiencing this. Definitely something to see and feel. Not only would it be more stable in choppy water it was small enough to very maneuverable. It was always close, but not to close while we were snorkeling. Luis was our guide and even with one small current that came through kept everyone safe and got everyone onto the boat safely every time. Cannot thank him and all of the crew enough.
Now for the snorkeling. Wow. If you haven't done this before like myself, this seemed like a perfect introduction. We saw turtles, stingrays, starfish and reef. Luis and our photographer Carla both guided us around to wonderful spots. All while keeping the whole group somewhat together and safe. In this kind of ocean environment with chop from boats, currents, and other tour groups and other boats around. Finding a spot with marine life but still feeling like we had our own area was magical. And extremely impressive. It doesn't take much in an environment like the ocean for things to go wrong. This crew felt competent, compassionate and aware. Highly recommended.
This end for the trip we had a seemingly endless supply and drinks and food while curious stingrays cruised around lovely sandbar. An almost to magical experience after what we just had done. The cruise back while reflecting on how far we had come down the island was the perfect ending to such a wonderful day on a top notch boat with the best features with an amazing crew. Can't wait to visit again!

We canceled trip as the itinerary changed and it was not what we wanted. They changed it after we took a taxi all the way into town.

Really nice crew. Boat was fast getting us to destinations. Stops included turtle sanctuary, El Cielo starfish , and El Cielito beach .Actual sea life was pretty decent. Saw turtles, sting rays, starfish and some fish. Nothing like some more fascinating sea life and coral in other parts of the world but still enough to keep us entertained. Kids LOVED the sand bar beach. Again, staff was incredible; serving up of drinks and snacks in the water. Definitely recommend!

Amazing tour! One of the best I’ve taken in Cozumel ever. The stops are beautiful, the guides are helpful and friendly, the ceviche and fruit and rum punch superb. I would definitely go again.

Turtle Cove and the starfish were highlights. The boat crew was excellent as well as entertaining. My grandchildren loved “speeding on the water”!! The adults were disappointed that the coral reef stop was canceled.

The arecife was cancelled, as you were told that there was bad weather, the sea was very choppy and for safety reasons it was cancelled.

The turtles were awesome. We waited 90 minutes for the boat. We had to pay an expensive pier tax. We over paid for the tour (could have done same tour for 1/3 less). Not worth booking ahead of time.

Hi Anita thank you for your comments only to emphasize that we were always in communication with you and you chose the pick up at the Occidental hotel, which clearly at the time of booking that the time is 45 to 55 min to get there, we still gave you an hour more to compensate for the time, besides we gave you a free upgrade on a catamaran for the price of boat, The cost of dock use is not ours and you must pay it directly to your hotel as guests, and at the time of booking it says so, we regret that you could not enjoy the wonders of Cozumel and the service we offer, all passengers arrived happy and grateful for the attention, service and for everything they saw on the snorkel tour.
