What To Expect

Meet up with your boating hosts 30 minutes before departure so you have plenty of time to get settled on board your transparent sightseeing boat, then set off directly from the Carlota Beach Club for the nearby waters teeming with marine life.

Cruise for a few minutes to the best off-shore spots or reef area, then stop to spot colorful tropical fish, stingrays, and other marine life either directly through the clear hull from on board or with an optional 30-minute snorkeling break (gear is provided).

Relax with cool drinks as you enjoy the views, then cruise back to the starting point in Cozumel.

We really enjoyed this snorkeling trip! My 8 year old son had never snorkeled and it was a perfect beginner trip for him. The clear boat itself was awesome and made the entire boat ride so enjoyable! The staff was very fun and helpful. We purchased the pictures they took and they were very affordable. We would definitely do this again! Great experience for the money!

Amazing experience

The experience, quality of service, amenities, and the package that came with the purchase. The boat was very comfortable and safe, the crew was courteous and eager to service. The only issue we ghad was the diving session was short due to the changing winds and the photo package was not offered at the beginning of the slotted time but at the end.

The captain and tour operator were the best part of the tour. Otherwise It was very lackluster. The reef was nothing special. And the shipwrecks were a yawn. I thought it was going to be jam Packed With fun. But no! The operators were really sweet and nice though. There are way better tours out there.

I loved it but the snorkeling part was way too short! They took us to see ship wrecks and starfishes but the actually snorkeling part felt like 12 minutes.

Fun and beautiful boat tour

The staff was great, the experience was fun. The boat and water were really beautiful to see. The office was easy to find. Life jackets, drinks, and snorkel masks (no flippers) were provided. The boat ride showed some fun things like sunken ships and starfish. My family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids ages 16, 11, 8 and 4) all enjoyed it. We all did wish the boat ride was a bit shorter and the snorkeling portion was a bit longer. My 11 year old got a bit sea sick, so if you’re prone to that, might take a Dramamine beforehand. Also, once we arrived, we were told not to apply sunscreen because it was too slippery for the boat. So if you need sunscreen, be sure to apply before going to the meeting place. Over all a good experience and worth the money spent.

I loved Luis our tour guide . The boat was great and snorkeling for the first time was amazing! My only complaint would be not enough snorkeling time. I would have loved to go to a different reef and spend more time in the water . Too much time was spent at the ship wrecks. It was a wonderful experience overall!

Got sick, didn't go

We didn't make it to our excursion. We were infected by some other passengers and therefore thought it best not to pass it on to your customers. However, the friends that we booked with were turned away because you couldn't find their booking.

Great boat experience, minimal snorkeling

We enjoyed the clear boat tour ride. It’s about an hour long. Guides take many pictures throughout in the boat and in the water, as well provide drinks, and point out sea life and the boat/reef. Snorkeling is only about 15-20 minutes in the water with a guide. Pictures were expensive, but you could pick just a few you want and negotiate price.

They started almost half an hour late. My wife got very seasick. Spent 75% of the time going back and forth between a shipwreck which was not interesting. The guy who led the snorkeling was nice, but the staff at the office gave me the runaround. Would not recommend.

Fun snorkeling

This is a tough review…the boat and crew were good. We have snorkeled in many places but never on a glass bottom boat. This adventure is perfect for kids under 10 but not for teens. My kids were a little bored. With that being said it was a good excursion. The only issue that caused the lower rating was from the booking. We booked and confirmed and arrived and they tried to push us back almost 2 hours. We refused and then magically after I asked for a refund it was available.

Our captain, William, and our guide, Memo were great. They took extra care to insure that everyone on the boat saw all the interesting marine life. We were able to see a starfish, a stingray, multiple types of coral, and many colorful fish.

Brandon & Gaspar (Casper) were the absolute best. They not only were funny but very informative and full of historical information about the area and reef combined. My wife is a non-swimmer and has never snorkeled before. The time and patience Gaspar took to get us acclimated to snorkeling in open water and the feeling of safety was out of this world. If you plan or are thinking about an excursion this one will leave you feeling happy to have chosen it and absolutely wanting more. The pictures and videos taken of every moment on the boat and in the water are absolutely amazing and very cost friendly.
